In this 18-minute practice, I'll guide you through 15 movement patterns to promote mobility / stability, dynamic stretching, and fluid movement (flow).
This practice emphasizes hip mobility with squatting variations. We'll also incorporate elements of upper body stretching & ground movement. The practice is divided into 60 second intervals - in that time you're encouraged to explore, play, and move like you.

This is now my go to video to fix my sciatica pain that I sometimes get from sitting in a car too long. After 3 days of pain I was able to get completely pain free in just under 18 minutes. I can’t even come close to doing most of the moves as I have a herniated disc I’m trying to heal but just doing what I can as I follow along still felt good! Thank you.

Thank you! I highly recommend some basic soft tissue work in addition to your movement practice. Neck and trap tension can be tricky to get the right pressure on - try Yoga Tune Up Balls.

Hi, great work ! It's really nice to have a functional workout hitting lots of targets and absolutely approachable and fun. I might suggest, humbly, that you think more of 'leading' with the hands, also the feet. Sometimes I think of my body like a suspension bridge, I aim for homogeneity of muscle tone to the TIPS of my fingers and feet. Lots of nice things happen when I do that, especially if I then make this awareness subsidiary to my gaze as I allow my eyes to lead.

Thank you, Luis - truly I appreciate the feedback! These practices can be adapted to many different ability levels. All that really matters is feeling comfortable to go at your own pace and modify / explore the movements in your own way. I really try to convey that freedom in the cues.
