How or where did u get that hat
The Kensei armor set from the Six Blades of Kojiro mythic tale.
The hat is part of the Kensei Armor armor set earned during the Mythic Tale, The Six Blades of Kojiro. The hat shown here is the refined version plus Ominuos Dawn dye from the Toyotama vendor. The quest becomes available once you start Act 2 and it can be found in the west of the Toyotama region in Umugi Cove. This armor set provides bonuses to resolve gain and damage dealt by ghost weapons. In New Game+ you can buy extra variations of this armor set plus hat from the new vendor named Baku the Voiceless.
