    dont unlock the bottle while pumping it will lead the fuel to leak out of the nozzle this wil damage the stove and also can lead the nozzle to go up in flames if youre igniting it in the go position.

    Hi, could I ask what fuel you are using? I have tried premium-grade paraffin and it does not seem to work. Thanks in adv

      i have always used unleaded fuel. best fuel for it.

      paraffin is akin to kerosene/diesel. this stove is made for gasoline/white gas/coleman fuel/benzin.

      @ericsonenopia  Před 3 lety

      @Hin Håle still the same one. its clean burning compared to msr or other fuel stoves. i havent cleaned the burner ever like i do with the msr that i have. i have to clean the msr thoroughly or it wont work properly. with the soto i just have to wipe it.

      @@ericsonenopia here they are sold 230$ with the bottle, a MSR whisperlite is about 130$ comparatively.
      i was wondering if elsewhere the difference in price was also great.

      @@ericsonenopia SOTO is a very good brand, they make only quality original item so it is not surprising. i have two BRS-12 (version 1and2), its like a mix of part from MSR and Optimus. i didnt like it because its loud, MSR is using the same Jet and Parabola design, it is why i finally bought the Whisperlite...

      @@Francois_Dupont I have been using the soto muka now for few years now and I can say it never missed a beat. but I own a msr dragonfly few months after having the muka and it is very loud. but in saying that the msr can simmer quite good. How is your msr whispering doing?
