Pretty good. Some scuffs and scratches so far but comes with the territory I guess. I also have a few burns from welding and dropping aluminum on it.

I think i would delete your V3 software off of your laptop in addition to getting a new SD card, and reinstall the software. Im definitely not liking your software problem though. Im about to swap my truck to Holley. I tune lots of them, and having one brick, or loose a injector driver i definitely have a little fear of. Ive dealt with my share of Holley issues on customer cars.

Best way for tuning, is to connect your laptop directly to the Holley and stop removing and reinstalling the SD card. The only time I remove and reinstall my SD card is when I’m doing a firmware update and that’s it. All changes to the tune come directly from my laptop to the Holley terminator x.
Yeah. I just prefer the SD card so never got a cable. Might have to now.
I could never figure out how to load the tune onto the card personally….25 years ago back when A.O.L was big i was a computer whiz…….not so much anymore….id love to learn how to tune but honestly i just have trevor couture from tc tuned do a remote tune for me….best $250 spent

No. Not really interested in the chord. I like the SD card. But may have to try it and see if it fixed this if I can't figure anything else out.

My current intercooler horizontal flow is a 24"X12x4.5"
But for only 300 bucks would save me some fab time 😂
