Hey guys, I've had a 2008 Mercedes Benz E350 for 2 years now. The Harmon kardon Logic7 sounded amazing. Until one day my CD changer stopped working while I had CDs inside . I've been reading forums and some people said to remove the fuse for AGW, the CD changer and the radio. I followed the steps took the fuses out, put them back, and at the end the CD changer started working again. But ever since I removed the fuses and put them back into place, my sound has not been the same. I used to get powerful bass from the front speakers, and the subwoofer , and an awesome clear surround sound experience. So much question is do I have to go into engineering mode to get the sound back, or what do I have to do to get the sound? Because I believe that after removing the fuses I must've messed up a component in the radio system that has to be readjusted. I still get sound, but it's not the same as it used to be before I removed the fuses. Sometimes I try, and I put the bass to maximum, and nothing happens. Guys please help me.
I did the opposite in my c 230 in has the HK Command and someone actually stole one of my factory components so I had to replace a couple fuses all I had were 30 amp ones so that's what I used plus if you look in your fuse boxes mine was under the hood compartment one of the fuses has three connectors for a two connector hook up. That is to put the audio unit into high performance mode or normal. I couldn't believe the difference it made in my soundd
@@BK-cx7il hi u, same to me. The subwoofer so noise when play song with strong bass The reason is that the vibration from subwoofer make the plastic cover vibrate
The best acoustic moment of my Mercedes Benz GL450 with the Harman Kardon system was the moment when I completely removed it.
Why is that? What was so bad about it?
Maybe problems with amplifier,optics....
Harmon Kardon sounds great.
@@Wildanimal864. It depends what you are feeding your ears with... To me it sounded like garbage. Happy new year!
@@A.Dude. yep I ripped mine out for something way better that system was trash 🗑
that woofer is so strong deep bass and crazy but i have 1 but it was came from 2007 w211 too
Where did you get that speaker from ?
Amazing! I have a very similar speaker from Bose
Brat es ira zavaskoyna?
Did u cut the top of that deck? I can't figure out how to access the rear speakers?
Cover should just pop off, that's how it is in the 212, just squeeze a trim tool under and it should unclip
mine sounded pretty good until it didn’t anymore 🤣
How did you get that cover off? My speaker is loose and driving me crazy
The plastic grill just unclipped, atleast that's how it is in the 212
That’s the typical woofer that you’l get from a Mercedes until W204

How do you remove the grill?
Just pull it up

they are made of paper, they blow out all the time, the one in my car blew out
Too much input level power given I think..it has reached well beyond it's excursion limitations..
Yes I bet it can blow it
