- Jennifer Farber Dulos vanished on May 24, 2019. Dulos, a mother of five, was in the midst of a divorce and custody battle with her former husband, Fotis Dulos. Michelle Troconis and Fotis Dulos were in a relationship during the time of Jennifer's disappearance. Troconis is accused of conspiring with Dulos to murder Jennifer and cover up the killing. Jennifer’s body has never been found and it is assumed that she is dead. Michelle Troconis now faces trial for her alleged role in this brutal crime.

She's guilty! After today, I am convinced! That stunt yesterday showing a document that may contain a psychological evaluation regarding Jennifer is beyond sickening. I'm here to say, I don't care what mental health issues Jennifer may or may not have had, by all accounts, she was a wonderful loving adoring devoted mother to her 5 children! She was a good wife and mother! Her nanny described how wonderful she was with her 5 children who loved their mommy! MT not only stole Jennifer's life, she stole a mommy from her 5 children! It's so evil.

She made the comment to the GAL that she wouldn’t have moved if she knew that of all the legal custody drama between JD and FD and being excluded from their lives . FD told same GAL that his relationship with MT was suffering, they both planned to get JD out of the way. FD did it with her help after the fact!

After today’s evidence I am convinced she was a co conspirator to murder JD. The cars going back and forth between the two properties and smoke coming out of the chimney are so obvious. They were both very busy.She said she went back once to get a mop.What could possibly be her explanation for that? The story presented with this evidence puts her assisting in the clean up. For me it’s a reasonable conclusion . Add the bin run and missing her child’s school performance that night .

That was an awesome if not a very sad statement. They should be filing for a search warrant to get her laptop. Hooray for Carrie Luft! I am surprised the judge didn't send MT's mother home. There was mention that this was a mental health evaluation page from a file that was sealed that MT was looking at?? I thought it was a page from a custody agreement that was put under seal?
Custody arrangement, yes, but it may have had a mental health diagnosis or information about something else that M wants to smear….
I think MTs lawyer in the room doesn't even believe her.

I have yet to see evidence that she conspired with him. I’m waiting for it, and hoping they pull out some amazing evidence. But just because I want her to be guilty, doesn’t mean she actually is.
@@BrandyLaneBLVDI see no proof beyond a reasonable doubt that she knew in advance. You have to prove prior knowledge of the scheme. What would prove it is if she is on surveillance buying things found in the trash at any stores prior to the murder. There is still a lot of reasonable doubt on the conspiracy. She’s guilty on the hindering and tampering-there’s solid proof of that beyond a reasonable doubt.

I think part of the reason why it's so bad for us is that we are hearing a recording of the recording. The jury in the room is hearing it directly from the video. We get an extra layer of hearing it through youtube. It may not actually be that bad in the actual courtroom.
I think when she wrote that she was naked was code for she burned her clothes and washed off the blood. But I can't remember the exact time when she posted it.

He knows they messed up really really badly yesterday by giving MT sealed documents and her showing it in LARGE FONT to the gallery, so now he’s in panic mode. Michelle says her alarm clock in her bedroom w Fotis was automatically set to 6:30am. Every morning it goes off at 6:30am. Every morning someone has to turn it off.
Michelle says she slept in her daughter’s room night before.
Michelle says she can’t remember if when she went back to her & Fotis’ room that morning to shower…if the alarm was going off.
Since no one was there (according to MT’s story) the alarm had to still be going off.
That is definitely something that would register as memorable in the brain as very Odd.
And it would make anyone else ask, “where is Fotis”?
(If this was not a conspiracy between them.)
The reason her saying she can’t remember is problematic is because she was interviewed right away after 5/24.
She first claimed she took a shower WITH Fotis that morning of 5/24.
But once she was confronted w fact that was impossible she said she must’ve just had her days mixed up.
But she knew very close to 5/24 that everything that happened that morning was critical information
She would absolutely have known if that alarm was going off when she walked into her room that morning.
Things are not looking good for MT and todays evidence about all those trips back n forth between the houses and smoke coming out of the chimney when only MT was at 4 Jefferson is very telling.
I don’t know how the jury does not conclude the Fotis & Michelle together were desperately disposing of evidence all day.
Have we heard yet whether all her trips back n forth from the Spring Mountain Rd house & Jefferson Xing that day were admitted to by Michelle?
The defense attorney Shoehorn is disrespectful to the Court. His objections overruled outnumbers the sustains. He seems to be whining all the time.
What actually was she doing with the laptop. I wondered what she was doing with a laptop in court? She's hanged herself. Wow!

It's about time someone does. Day 22 and finally putting together some kind of coherent time line. The prosecutor and judge from the murdaugh trial was way better.

There’s a lot more evidence the state needs to address in this case versus the Adelson case.
Particularly to prevent the defense from arguing that Law Enforcement did not do a complete or good enough job.
So many different potential crime scenes it takes time.

The way the state chose to present this case has completely screwed the defense.
No doubt the defense strategy was planning on accusing LE of a sloppy investigation but the state has been so thorough no jury will buy it if defense tries it.
There were so many diff potential crime scenes. And the evidence of why the State decided to charge Troconis is not easily described in an opening argument.
The state had to painstakingly go over how the investigation progressed on Day 1, into Fotis Dulos and then finally into MT and her changing stories over 3 interviews.
The fact she wants jury to believe her memory got better after MONTHS&MONTHS alone is not credible. It was deliberative based on what she knew LE knew.
I’m very impressed by the states presentation & now understand why they waived an opening statement & why they have done what they’ve done.
Doubt it. I believe Georgia understands exactly why the state presented their case in this way and would have done same with this case & these sets of facts.

REALLY?? 45 minutes of testimony for an hr to an hr and a 1/2 lunch break, another 45 minutes of testimony with another 15 minute break, then home before 4. Know wonder the wheels of justice run like a turtle.

I’m sure a lot more to come.. but if there is any video evidence of what JD was wearing at the school it has to be shown.. just to center everyone to the raw brutality of what did occur.. she was just a mom of 5 dropping off her kids at school, like we all do every day.. hours later she was dead, the same top she wore, soaked in her blood and casually discarded by what only be called as evil.
What really caught my breath was not only the fact that it was completely soaked in blood as was her bra, but that they were literally cut up the middle. I cried when they took them out of the bag. :(
Those poor innocent children lost their mom who they loved so much and who loved them deeply. It's a narcissist only who would take their mom from his own kids. She had a beautiful relationship with those kids. I'm beyond sad that they lost her and will be impacted for the rest of their lives knowing their dad this this crime. 😢😢😢😢😢

There’s also the confusion that there was a bicycle and the talk of the dirt bikes.
@@BeegirlsHoneyHouse The dirt bikes were because supposedly, MT "sold" -- through Fotis --a dirt bike to Pawel so they could all go dirt biking. He needed to take the bike back with the Tacoma because it had more room in the back than the Raptor. Then at some point MT finds out that Fotis sold Pawel the dirt bike but he "never paid for it". Pawel claims he paid Fotis for the bike but MT never got the money and demanded the bike back.

Anyone would start to remember more details after being asked again and again , what else do you remember? Everyone would start with what seemed the must important. When you are being told tell us more, what else was there, what else did you do, of course more details would come out,
"Not remembering" is one thing. Changing your "story," having to admit to leaving off your carefully scripted, excruciatingly detailed alibi/timeline major portions of your day???
Yeah but that’s not how MT’s alleged “memory” played out.
She left out crucial detail in first 2 interviews and then…months later, wants LE to believe her memory got BETTER related to things that would be obviously important to a murder case but to a person who really was uninvolved, seemingly minor details.
MT knew in 1st 2 interviews LE believed FD to be responsible for disappearance of Jennifer.
Regardless of what SHE believed FD capable of, she would have recognized things like FD taking his employee’s truck to get detailed right after JD goes missing is something that should have absolutely been told to police.
Too many things MT left out in interview 1 & 2 explains why MT was indicted and her stories not credible.

not sure, but they'd be surprised if they didn't know, and if they did, they were hoping the prosecution didn't catch it.
Her attorney is completely underestimating that evidence. He did a mini press conference after and he was trying to normalize starting a fire at 3:25-7pm (3 different times). Wood love to know if it was wood burning? He also objects to the neighbors May attire by calling him a runner- nah…no one runs in crocks. 😂
He had the evidence. Whether he understood it’s significance I don’t know.

What was the significance of the key sticking out of Tacoma when Fotis and Pawel drove away, when they came back Pawel was told Michelle took it? Why?
Well so far one point is Michelle liked about it. Then Pawvel (so?) stated Fotis told him Leave Michelle out of it. Do not tell the police she had your key. Likely there is lots more to that but this is more Michelle lying to police. More more more.
She was definitely lying. Over & over. To me, the significance of the key is Pawel saw it, was only gone a short time, and came back to find out MT had the key. So it was very intentional of her to do so. That is very odd unless she & FD didn't want him to take the truck, which he had expressed he wanted back for the weekend. They clearly did NOT want him to take it as they knew it needed cleaning & I also believe they were planning to use it for evidence disposal. Instead, they used Raptor. We see how that turned out! FD not wanting the police to know MT took the key may have been an attempt to avoid incriminating her as in on the crime. Just my thoughts!

As Pawel testified to, FD wanted him to keep the Raptor for another weekend (he had it for 2 weeks already). But when Pawel was expressing he wanted his Tacoma, they made one more attempt to keep it by MT leaving with the keys. When Pawel still wanted his truck, she returned with keys as any more coercing was going to cause suspicion. That's how I see this situation.

I think they think some of the evidence was taken from Jennifer’s house (stuff they didn’t find in garbage).. FD clothes, hat, cleaning stuff, etc) and MT started a fire and burned stuff there.

I visit every day to read the comments. Please do not take offense because this is just my take. For many years I have devoured true crime books and shows. I do not believe they dismembered JD or burned her in a fireplace. I saw a crime show where someone was dismembered and one of the criminals said in an interview it is very difficult and time consuming to dismember someone and he couldn't believe how much blood a person really has. I don't think even 10 rolls of paper towels would be enough to clean up the blood. Weren't FD and MT pretty visible in the hours and days after the murder? Would they have had the time to do it? As far as burning her in a fireplace. No way. A residential fireplace does not get hot enough to cremate someone. It takes a lot of accelerant, smashing of bones and takes about 2 days of constant monitoring to make sure the body disappears. So what the did they do with her, I hope one day they find her. What an evil person FD was and MT for helping him..
I think you were confused. No one said that she was incinerated in the fireplace. They were burning his clothes or other evidence most likely. They probably did dismember her at the empty property, put her body parts into trash bags and took them to the dump.
