- Jennifer Farber Dulos vanished on May 24, 2019. Dulos, a mother of five, was in the midst of a divorce and custody battle with her former husband, Fotis Dulos. Michelle Troconis and Fotis Dulos were in a relationship during the time of Jennifer's disappearance. Troconis is accused of conspiring with Dulos to murder Jennifer and cover up the killing. Jennifer’s body has never been found and it is assumed that she is dead. Michelle Troconis now faces trial for her alleged role in this brutal crime.

Knowing that Fotis took his life, makes me even more glad that Jennifer's mother didn't give him the kids. Who knows what he would've done if they would have been in his care.

It was the Nanny who didn't give him the kids. Jennifer had full custody and he had supervised visits only. Just because she was "missing' doesn't mean he automatically gets the children. And he couldn't say "she's dead and not coming back, give me my kids". Lauren (Nanny) called the police on Fotus and alerted the doorman.
He did have a supervised visit that Saturday, that was never followed up on. I wonder if mom is missing that cancels out any following visits with dad.@@Elizabeth.C.Holmes

And I don’t believe for a minute that she just accepted his answer that “everything is ok” while they’re dumping garbage bags in public garbage bins and an envelope in a drain! She was extremely naive and taken advantage of, just like every other woman who has been manipulated by a sociopath / psychopath; he had her believing for two years that his wife was mentally unstable, that he was wealthy, and that he loved her - all were untrue. And as those of us who have been in relationships with narcissists know, you learn not to question them because it leads to fights and abusive consequences.

She didn't know Jennifer was missing at that point though and she did say she was there...the ONLY problem she faces here is giving Fotis and alibi that morning, which I believe was her being manipulated by Fotis "You saw me that mor ing right? Remember we took a shower together?" For all we know it was probably the day before....
From what I have seen Michelle is in my guilty of verbal diarrea and a a being masterfully conditioned.

I believe Michelle definitely knows more than she’s saying! I feel she was very insecure and jealous of Jennifer! This is why……
1.) When the police mentioned that Fotis had written in a text that he wanted to get back with Jennifer, you could see in the interview how Michelle stopped acting like she was crying and leaned forward and questioned the police about the information. 🧐
2.) She really showed her anger for the first time when she found out that Fotis had lied about going over to Jennifer’s house to have dinner with the kids. She said she threw her phone and was yelling at Fotis, then refused to speak to him for awhile….Motive?!? 🤔💭
Also, I think one possible way Fotis could have gotten rid of Jennifer’s body was if he had a friend/acquaintance who was also into building homes. What if that person was at the point of pouring the foundation for a home and Fotis dug a 🕳️ and put her body in and covered it up. Unbeknownst to the friend, or perhaps the person did it for 💰 who knows, but the person then pours the foundation and now there’s a house built over Jennifer’s body.

I also believe that Michelle could have helped with the cleanup, in addition to knowing what was in the trash bags…..

In Ireland a woman disappeared for 6 years, the husband said he didn’t know anything, then the next door neighbour was doing some refurbishment on their house, then they found out some kind of human remains in the water waste pipe, they checked out rang the police 👮♀️, and the found the guys wife bones on the body of the house walls, he did a kind of remodelación of the house and it was a great idea 💡 for him to conceal her body that way. Anyways he is now in jail for life.
She doesn't need an interpreter...? Anyway, she knows everything...what happened and where Jennifer's body is. You'll notice she doesn't look at anybody when she is talking. Body language for lying.

Question : why do the detectives wear gloves when taking the evidence out and handling it, but neither the defense or prosecution put on gloves when they’re handling it?

I can't imagine anyone killing anyone to be with this woman, but yet here we are. I'm sure Jennifer was a much better example of womanhood than this sad excuse. And, uh, and her helping the investigation would mean revealing all the gory details, which I'm confident she knows.
IMO Fotis Dulos motivation was money and custody of his children, not wanting to be with this woman necessarily. Jennifer had won full custody of their children together and her family was the wealthy one. Fotis knew he wasn't going to get anything out the divorce.
So joint custody and the kids have both parents still .
He didn't even end up with her, he had another "good friend" he lived with that bailed him out before he killed himself. He used Michelle.

I'm not convinced by the states evidence so far. The defense attorney came out on top with the detective and left it on a cliff hanger. I felt like he definitely had the jury's attention and it made the prosecution uncomfortable.
There is a lot more coming and it will prove that she is exactly where she needs to be on trial for conspiracy and hindering she screwed

MT shows little to no info about this guy considering she and her child lived with him. Turning a blind eye could still get you a guilty verdict. Next week the dna evidence will be presented and I am interested in that.

Based on the evidence so far, I believe she is innocent, and was in the dark as to what Fotis was up to. Her being subjected to a barrage of questions by several men at the same time would be enough to unsettle anyone. Plus, her attorney was not in her corner.

I can’t imagine throwing anything down a storm drain. Terrible for the environment. She knew it was going down the storm drain in order to dispose of it better than if it was in a rubbish bin. Why would you do that?
A mother of 5 is dead!! While Michelle and her daughter got comfortable in the murdered woman's house with the murdered woman's husband, why wouldn't she be questioned..... especially after finding her "script" of the day the woman was murdered that was a lie in itself and after finding all Jennifer's bloody clothes that she helped throw away. Michelle is not special she was questioned just like anyone else would be. Hopefully she is locked up.

She’s got a real estate not criminal attorney next to her (my understanding) and they’re not letting her finish sentences. When the Psych evaluation report came out FD told her and "everybody at Greek Easter " ( around April 28th) ONE MONTH PRIOR ... FD had only supervised visitation even up to the date JFD went missing... Question , Was the psych evaluation "favorable to FD " or not.... Was JFD about to loose custody to FD ? Tell MT if not... let her know FD was not being truthful about the fantasy future... IF the evaluation was NOT favorable to FD... find the date that he supposedly got news of THAT and perhaps that is the beginning of his plotting... , no ?

I am watching one of the interrogation clips when Michelle Troconis is sitting next to her attorney (he's hiding behind her)and surrounded by 3 big guys in law enforcement/detectives, and I feel for her! 1st of all: her attorney is not helpful, and the other guys are not gentlemen but bullies with their own agendas . How dare the defense attny try and portray her as a victim on the day she was arrested. So, she couldn’t post bail that night. At least she was alive! Her English is fine. Her voice is irritating, but her English is just fine.
It’s frustrating trying to decide if someone is guilty or not and the law enforcement are such overbearing clowns during the interviews that it makes me think she’s not guilty based solely on the fact the LE were such 💩 in the interviews. They wouldn’t let her get a word in edge wise and were talking to her in such crappy manners. Their tactics did not fit the scenario at all and just makes them look bad.
No, she helped him put trash in bins and down storm drains. She and Fotis each wrote a matching time line to create alibis, which did not include taking trash around the town hmmm I wonder why?! She lied about so many things and helped him clean out the car.

Her lawyer told her the police would probably want her to write a "timeline" and she took this literally. MT is accused of conspiring to murder . Not sure but I do not think evidence of helping dispose of a body is needed for conspiracy to murder . However the jury will be instructed about what constitutes conspiracy. There could be other ways to conspire that do not involve the actual body itself .

I don’t think playing the video of the interrogation helps the states case against the defendant. If anything I think it will cause the jury to feel sympathy for her.
I think the state over charged, i haven't seen any evidence so far about her conspiring to commit murder. And i believe fotis told her it was construction trash that he was throwing away. Thank God he didnt get those kids, he was only after their trust fund. It would've been them next.
