I also love how he handles his courtroom, calm, collective, but also a strength with his keen attention to everything that is taking place, he doesn't miss a thing, he's has a gracious way.

The Defense attorney sounds ridiculous trying to outsmart the FBI cell phone data analysis expert!!
At 53:26 the camera is on MT and her female attorney who are casually talking and MT has her laptop intentionally pointing towards the camera. You can see there is a document open. You can only make out a portion of what is on it at the 53:26 point. You can see a corner of the screen and can't read all the way across the document at least from my screen I can't. At one angle a portion is legible you can see the word psychiatrist and Dr. Kra something and improve her mood. She is clearly trying to have the cameraman pick it up and her attorney has to be in on it. There is NO way that female attorney does not know what is on MT's laptop! The document is still open on the screen when the camera flashes on her around the 1:45 mark. I'm now more convinced of this woman's guilt!
I actually noticed the laptop screen on another CZcams video late last night. This was no accident, clearly the attorneys gave her access to this document, which they shouldn't have done. This case isn't about the custody of the children, Michelle is not an interested party in that case, and therefore has no right to the details. Guess it makes sense that Michelle would hire attorneys who are as slimy as she is.
Not sure if Horn was aware - but the female atty and Michelle have quite a close relationship it’s obvious. The female atty would notice a screen with huge font glaring straight in her direction. She should be disbarred for 1- giving the custody agreement to MT and her conspiring with MT to display it in public.

I went back & watched this over & over. I am convinced this was staged. He, Hornhead has everyone distracted by his ridiculous line of dissecting the dynamics of the celltower(s)… he moves away from his seat/ area where he was standing. The female attorney has been leaning forward for the most part during this trial proceedings.
Notice how she leans back as though she is intentionally allowing the camera/ viewers to see the screen fully. The female attorney is talking using her hands like she’s explaining something important. It looks so staged.
Look at how big the font is. I now believe they all know they are screwed… rather than lose the case… maybe they’ve opted for a risk of mistrial thinking she’d be charged for contempt of court. A way for her to get a lessor sentence.
She is in for a rude awakening. Maybe all 3 will be called out on this one.

@@HappyShackHomestead i watched it closely several times too. I don’t think Horn can be blamed though - when an attorney is engaged in cross- especially Horn- he is 100% focused on the witness. But Felsen and MT were acting differently- yes Felsen was more chatty and animated with her hands. Then MT leaned forward and had her entire left arm outstretched across the table. My only question is what is the point of showing this document? If their objective was to let the media and public see it, then they had to know the font size would make them look guilty. Do you think it was for the jury to see instead of the media possibly?

I'm annoyed with the irrelevant questions, ridiculous objections and juvenile tantrums. Not sure who else has ever retained the services of the defense attorney, but I strongly suggest you skip over his firm in the Whitepages listings

Unfortunate, because defense is making some good points. He did his homework. I think the witnesses are annoyed because he asks about things they had not examined that could affect their analysis. I wouldn’t be surprised if Schoenhorn knew the neighbor was in the car business before asking the question.
Are the defense attorneys public defenders or paid by MT?
The phone guy is highly knowledgeable of his field. He speaks in a clear simple manner for us who have no clue in a way we can understand. Good witness. He makes a good stand & holds his own with the defense attorney who throws out I think irrelevant questions.

The defense attorney seems like a DRUNK who looks like he just woke up, grabbed some clothes off the floor, and ran to Court. DPLORABLE. He thinks because he raises his voice makes him seem intelligent - NOT - it makes him look like he's DESPERATELY THROWING WHATEVER HE GETS HIS HANDS ON AGAINST THE WALL AND PRAYING SOMETHING STICKS. HE'S WRONG AND HIS CLIENT IS GUILTY. I wouldn't hire him or his assistant to put air in my tires or wash my windshield

The FBI agent who was testifying about the cell calls showcased how presumptuous and ridiculous the Defense attorney’s cross examination was. The defense atty was going around in circles and the agent was bored and didn’t get intimidated AT ALL. Kudos to the FBI agent. I’m certain the jury stopped paying attention.
He really makes me sick to my stomach. He’s condescending to all but he’s being exceptionally so to the FBI agent. This agent does appear annoyed as shoe”horn” tries to bully.

Have to say that both witnesses on Thursday, Fotis's neighbor, and the FBI expert were more than a match for the defense attorney. His amateur questions and assumptions, which they politely corrected, illuminated how in the weeds this attorney is and clearly can't provide the type of defense Michelle needs. She's in serious trouble and he's objecting to factual data that can't be disputed. Unless the jury is a group of zombies, the defense has an uphill battle from here on out

I really liked the witnesses today. The neighbor seemed well spoken and informed. The FBI cell data guy was good. I’m curious what to make of the end of the day. Contempt?
I agree. Both of these witnesses were extremely concise, professional and very impressive. No emotion in their answers, just the facts.

IMO Audrey Felsen knowingly allowed MT to display the sealed document/documents during court today. MT & AF need to face contempt & AF should face disbarment. IMO

WHY would MT walk out of the courtroom at the afternoon break.. which I don't remember ever seeing her do..... with a manilla envelope and other "office-type" items? Wouldn't you want to leave ALL your documents in a trial for your future and life at the most secure place in the courtroom>?>>> the defense table? If she goes to the bathroom, where is she going to put those items? On the bathroom floor? YUK ! Leave them on the sink counter for ANYBODY to look at ? I think that THIS is when she was able to retrieve the Custody Report and bring it back into the courtroom !!!!!!!!!! That was all planned out... she is a sly and sneaky Evil SNAKE !

This judge, with his appearing permanent smile 😊 and being a sleep, never misses a beat, Not a single word goes over his cute bowtie and head, but I don't get why he doesn't appear to make eye contact with any of the witnesses and /or anyone in the courtroom either.

Wait so did MT possibly go past Jennifer’s home etc to see if she went back home after children being dropped at school? Possibly making sure all kids went to school that day 🤔. So many calls back n forth no way she didn’t know what was happening!
Her attorney’s aren’t doing her any favors. We learn nothing new from their cross, and it’s a waste of everyone’s time. That being said, unless the state comes with some amazing last minute evidence or witness, I’m not convinced she had anything to do with this.

At this juncture, I'm absolutely convinced that she is guilty of all three charges. Her mad dashes between Fotis's home and 80 Mountain Spring Rd. tell me that this woman didn't come to the slow realization , over time, that her boyfriend may have harmed his wife. NO, she's as knee deep in it as Fotis was. Thought they were slick, using the employee's truck, hoping he would be blamed for the murder. And the GAL's testimony yesterday where he stated that Michelle told him she would be leaving and moving out of state with her daughter as she was frustrated over the fact that Fotis's divorce was not completed. If she would tell that to a virtual stranger, what do you imagine she was saying to Fotis? I'm sure that threat made him take drastic action. He was about to lose access to his estranged wife's money, his business was bankrupt, and now the chick he cheated with was leaving him? Yeah, she was the catalyst in all of this , and I'm positive, she knew , when she told him of her plans, what he would do next.
@@user-pq9vh4rk1v but we haven’t seen enough proof yet… you can have a gut feeling, but that’s not going to convict her. You may be right, or we may be wrong. I’m hesitant to judge because I’ve had people blame me for things for which I looked guilty by all means, but I was absolutely not. Appearance of guilt doesn’t always = guilt. But we’ll see.

The judge is an excellence in the matter.
I do not trust the Troconis.
I do trust the police and the US justice.
The judicial system is not perfect but it is the best around. IMO.
I hope the defense lawyer gets his fees for his work in this case.

@@susankeene2785 all of those are crimes but she hasn't been charged with those crimes here, she has been charged with conspiracy murder which means there needs to be direct evidence that dulos and michelle hatched up a conspiracy and then dulos acted upon that plan that they hatched. If there is no evidence linking her to the conspiracy then she isn't guilty in this case, the state can very well charge her with destruction of evidence and hiding a dead body after that.
@@susankeene2785 all of those are crimes but she has not been charged with those crimes here (destruction of evidence, hiding a dead body). She has been charged with conspiracy murder which means there needs to be direct evidence that there was a conspiracy, troconis was part of that conspiracy and steps were taken in furtherance of the conspiracy. Till now there hasn't been any evidence shown that suggests that troconis and dulos aligned on a plan for the murder, what she did during the murder or after it has no bearing on this case and those emotions around her moving in etc. again have no relevance, justice system doesn't function like that.
Plenty of evidence against MT if it's put together like a puzzle.
MT lied about Fotis being with her on 23rd/24th May. She moved Fotis phone about to indicate he was with her and answered his phone call. Was with Fotis disposing garbage bags. Followed Fotis to the car wash in another car and picked him up. I could go on and on. One coincidence believable not all of them.
