Bella Taylor Smith has an exquisite gift but Guy Sebastian's ability to bond with her at such an intense level of understanding and be able to understand their bond was simply magical to get just a brief insight into. Guy displayed an almost spiritual understanding of the tribulations and then awakening of a comparatively very young lady, of necessity wise beyond her years. Well done Guy! One to watch.

Get started helping write songs for her. Adele wrote 40+ songs herself and many were the emotional connection type that contributed significantly to her popularity.

It would have been better if the balance between their voices, or rather the volume of their voices, was more appropriate. To me, Guy's voice was just a little too loud and I didn't hear enough of Bella. If he had toned it down, softened it a little, it would have been perfect.

What I loved the most about her journey is Guy’s coaching. He didn’t try to push her into unfamiliar genres but helped her grow her gift by using songs that are so relatable that she keeps outdoing herself. It’s super amazing to see!!❤❤❤

100% agree. Guy did what a good coach is supposed to do. I've seen people with wonderful voices get broken by bad coaches ("you're so good at country! I'm gonna give you a hip-hop song!" or "you're a rocker! You need to sing Whitney!"). Guy gave her songs that were perfect for her voice & also touched her emotionally, and he continuously encouraged her along the way like a good friend.
Really impressed with his coaching.
She doesn't sound like anybody else. Her voice is stunning, her tone beautiful, her inflections are unique and her pitch is perfect.She's one of a kind who has been blessed with an amazing gift.
Her aura, her positivity… the fact that she raised her sisters and put others before her… yet has the most beautiful smile and grace …. she is definitely one of the top human beings on this planet, I can only hope the best for her.

I really, really notice and appreciate Guy using his emotional intelligence when coaching Bella, and using it in a very sincere way. He understands how important the "getting to know" time spent is, building a bond with his singer to really be able to know the right progression of songs to choose for them. Anyway, I just love the genuine friendship that Guy and Bella formed 🥰

Well, there wasn’t much to coach to begin with. Bella already had the technique, the intuition for great vocal choices and a wide array of musical pieces she’s already made herself familiar with. What a gem!
Guy’s other gift is the deep understanding of how human beings operate with their emotions, and that intelligence is a rare gift.

It's incredible how she can sound so soft and so powerful in the same song. And somehow perfectly mix those sounds during buildup while also being able to switch on a dime. Ave Maria was like perfect

She (Bella) really does throw out actual angel vibes. It's rare to hear a contestant sing a song better than the original artist, but "Avé Maria" is 10 times better with her singing it than Beyonce. She's a once every decade or two voice.

Her run placements and the switch from head voice to falsetto blew my mind I literally said wtf is even that lol she has some of the best riffs, runs and melismas I’ve ever heard her intuition is out of this world and Ik I’m not the only one who heard that trill note in the last performance and riff after was 👌🏾 has me again saying wtf is even that lol

That was the best coach mentoring I have ever seen! Not only did Guy recognize her amazing voice,but he didn’t try to change her, he helped her see herself differently! I also thought his song choices were spot on! Awesome
I was thinking the same thing about this being the best coach/artist connection I have ever seen on any of these singing competitions. Guy has such a pure heart and that isn't something that comes through as genuine a lot of the time. Bella and Guy definitely brought out the best in each other, and it was just magical to witness.

@@plustico2846 I've seen Leah McFall's audition on the voice and have heard a few of her songs. She's a good singer. Bella is a GREAT singer. Leah doesn't have the vocal range, technicality and spirit Bella has. She is no were near Bella.

Just discovering her....I have to say, this was an amazing pairing.
I don't think I've ever seen an artist and mentor so connected in such a way. Guy nailed every, single, song choice for her. And she nailed every interpretation because she was so emotionally invested in every song. This was simply breath taking to hear and see.
