- Felt Love is a 2D and stop motion animated short film about a young boy who learns to understand the depth of his mother's love and hard work despite the distance her dedication may create.
The film is created by a group of San Jose State University students as their senior thesis project.

The 2d and stop motion fits so well and the relationship is very touching especially when they both cried. This is just fantastic

I love how the mother didn't just stop working when the kid left the room and they were able to work and read alongside. Also I learned something technical from this movie and it was ambient sound, that made the movie feel immersive.

I noticed the little boy had hearts as his eyebrows when he got emotional & was crying 4:35 all he wanted was love & attention. So beautifully illustrated & put together ❤
The small details in the facial expressions and how it was blurred when the mother started crying adds such a realistic touch!
This is basically my parents they are too busy that they can't even play with us but they still trying find a time for us.
Man I Hope you they will have less work and be able to spend more time with you.
Hope so too ❤🥺🙏🏼 Parents are human and sometimes just think they’re doing the right things. It seems many of them are regretful for not spending more time or, spending time more wisely, with their kids once they get older.

This is actually a really great story and shows how work can get in the way of things, however people have to work together to pass those challenges. Also, great use of both mediums! :)
А я расплакалась,, себя увидела, и детей своих, пока зарабатывала на жизнь с маслом, их папа пьянствовал... дура дурой была. Хотела семью сохранить, которой не было... так жизнь и прошла... хорошо что вовремя спохватилась... конечно ошибки не исправить, но научилась видеть что полезно, а что не полезно... благодарю за фильм... берегите себя и своих детей.
This was really well done and shows how hard it can be to in life and the challenges you can face and this was just really well done and deserves a lot more views than it is given
This hits hard. I sew on my free time I don't have kids yet but when I do I always worry that sewing on my free time may look like the first part of this and I'll miss put on our time together. I'd love to have the second part of this video some day but I don't want to force it on my children. So for now I sew things for them for the day I one day will have a kid or two of my own

Priorities change our spending time with what and whom. But children only need our attention and love.
I really got emotionally and cried when I watched this precious beautiful moment between the mother and her only little son, some people will feel this situation because they had go through it before
so sweet, even if mom had a job she realized she needed to make time for her son.

Beautiful truth! Parents work for the future of the kids but the very same work burdens them at times making them ignore the very purpose of their toil. But kids presume it to be lack of love. When adults themselves cant handle such ignorance how can kids? 😔😓Great message when the mom continues her work not giving up for she has to complete her task for her son's future with the kid by her side 🤗🤗!
