Consciousness could not be said that your n mine Consciousness is universal.
I feel the moment that i believe that consciousness becomes aware of itself i have begun thinking again. I have stepped away from the ever elusive gift of a quiet mind spent in blissful observation aka pure consciousness.
Today
I don't know feeling very inexpressible
Sense of thing
My Whole night messed my in avoidance of something natural taking place in me maybe it was sense of very strong sense of liberation from body i.e very specifically i m feeling my body is getting lighter and lighter
Without applying any force or trying to do something
And consciousness is being beyond from body as i m feeling more and more sleepy
The things are getting so quick and with spontanity
But also there is strong sense of avoidance and fear
i.e idea i don't want to be universe itself and also i don't want to be non being
To be very honest sir the feeling that i'm
Total conciousness of whole universe creates very strong sense of fear
In me that i simply avoid by any means
I don't know whether you are relating with me or not
And also
When there is strong sense of insecurity
Can you help if really exploed the totality of conciousness
Every time I come back and listen, I can tell how much more I've gone from "?....I think he means" to "I understand the importance of learning together"
It's important to be aware of our desire to become something that we are not
David Bohm, perhaps because of his physics background, had a genuine talent for accurately rephrasing K's meaning and intent. Realizing this, K often seemed to feel more accurately mirrored by him than by others.

They have worked really hard to become scientists, and the same way, they are working hard to decipher K.
Dr. Anderson, a religious teacher, was working hard to understand K. The scientists work terriblly hard to translate K into their understanding....
Only one way to find out. If it is an art, perhaps, one would be more inclined to actively attend to it and enjoy it.

I think there are two questions in this video. One is about awareness, and the other one is about expression. Or in other words: being aware and being expressed.
It seems that everything must be expressed through something, otherwise it cannot be perceived (experienced). So to be expressed, there's a need for a mean that will carry the energy that forms into an experience (sensations like pain, pleasure and so on).
To me this isn't contrary to the phenomena that the consciousness can be aware of itself.
The movement, I mean the expression, seems like it is a consciousness *in action*, but it doesn't mean it cannot be aware of being expressed. The expression (movement, creation in action) is starting once the decision (direction) has been made. And thus it creates the mean and the expression at once.
Of course consciousness can be tricked by the fact it's already an expression, and not the consciousness, but in total unity it doesn't matter, because they are one thing, not two things. It's a matter of perspective.
However, there's this weird feeling that awaits in the silence, like when you meditate, once you reach it, you can't express it, because expressing it means you already lost it. I mean, that's my point of view on this.
