Welcome to our kettlebell workout for men over 40! This follow-along routine is designed specifically for beginners who are looking to incorporate kettlebell exercises into their fitness regimen. Whether you're new to kettlebell training or looking to refine your technique, this workout will guide you through each movement step-by-step.
In this workout, we'll focus on foundational kettlebell exercises that target multiple muscle groups and improve overall strength and conditioning. The routine includes 10 swings, 10 presses, 10 goblet squats, 10 rows, a suitcase walk, and finishes strong with 10 1-pump burpees.
Kettlebell training offers a variety of benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength, enhanced flexibility, and better posture. Plus, it's a time-efficient way to get a full-body workout from the comfort of your own home.
Follow along with certified kettlebell instructor [Your Name] as he demonstrates proper form and technique for each exercise. Remember to start with a weight that is challenging but manageable for your fitness level, and always prioritize proper form over heavy weights.
Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, this kettlebell workout is suitable for all levels. So grab your kettlebell and let's get started on the path to a stronger, healthier you!

Not 40 yet but I will be later this year. I’m the same age as Gregory (I might be a little bit older or younger depending on when our birthdays are) 😂

Good question. I think with this type of injury, you'd need to consult your doctor, who hopefully specializes in sports injuries & rehabilitation. Coach Gregory might have some advice as well.
