The worst thing about gyms is that after you've done 1 hour workout, you don't have a full six pack :(
well the key to an six pack is the right nutrition I've been training now for about 2 years nearly every day about 2 hours and there was nearly no results if we speak about a six pack, even if I got stronger, but since 4 months if been doing a diet wich includes 2300 kalories with less then 60g fat and finally there are results lol
