ProWolf i cant exactly relate to it but maybe that's because you need a little push? maybe your body system views fear as a motivating drive, and yes it is but being overwhelmed by it is unhealthy because it robs your peace. try using dreaming or hoping as a drive, that way it's healthier
I think it might be because of the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response. When you are in fear clearly you go into the fight mode and start giving it everything you have got? It can really work for some people! Good luck!
