My lawyer helped my ex and I find the best custody set up that worked for us. He said the court doest want messy, and will do whatever necessary to make mom and dad figure it out first before it comes to them figuring it out. "You won't like it when the court has to make the decision for you." Luckily, we kept things amicable, and 5 years later can act friendly to each other again. Due to medical situations on both sides, the decree isn't followed to the letter, but we can work around things for the sake of our child.
So hold on he pay 1000 a month and still hold health insurance and still have to pay 1/2 of extra stuff I find that unfair 1000 a month way more than enough to do all of that she does not see how easy he mad his ex wife life now
I mean, if that is their agreement and they are both okay with it, then it's fair to them 🤷🏻♀️ It could be a case of the one getting the child support needs the money to stay in their home so it's a good area for their baby and they both want what's best for her. We don't know. But it works for them, so it works for the court.

Good question. My almost 30 yrs dealing with these issues it's based upon whom the child spends the majority of time in residence. This system doesn't care if you are noncustodial and provide 75% of living expenses for the child. These system is designed against the one out of the real 🏠 . Peace.
I think it would be interesting to see how foster care cases with child support play out, a friend of mine is dealing with foster system and she is paying child support to the state apparently, is this howit works or is she mistaking it for something else

I did not think this case was fair even if he agreed on it, the child is 3 and 1000 per Month is alot and also pay health insurance and split extra curriculum activities what is the mother contribution. A child dont need clothes and toys every month, food for the month for that baby is not 1000. What do a 3 years old need every month that comes up to 1000 per month unless that also includes daycare. I guess he agreed. I respect him for that. I hope these women be saving something for there kids.

me and my ex we did t go to court , we just agreed of the amount that I have to pay to her monthly , we been separated for years but I’ve been sending the money by western union since she’s in different state but the past 2 years I’ve be sending it through zelle from my account so it can be big proof if one day she lie or something.. so last year I had to move to her house to stay close to my child and I rent Ron from her I’ve lived with them almost year last year 2021 and we were paying the house expenses equally ,, and now i went back to my state but I still visiting them since my current location and address still there so I’m still paying her every month through my account I transfer from zelle and when I be with my child I buy stuff to her or I be sending money to the mother if anything she need so my question is :if one day she take me to court and lie that I’vent pay anything for these 4 past years !! so I still have some recipes from western union and I can get all the recipes for those years ,also I have all the the recipes from zelle that I’ve been transfer from my back account to her so is that big proof if one day we go to court ??? she’s nice and we never fight or go to court but what I have to do in this case ???
