She should have run the calculations prior to taking him to court. With that said, she shouldn't solely be responsible for private school and extracurricular activities. As far as her pampering herself, so what... she's worked hard to do so. If she decided to put the kids in public school and only have a private chef every other week, everyone would say she's wrong.

Sustained a TBI in 1995. I received disability pay for myself and for both of my kids. I CANNOT NOT BE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED DUE TO COGNITIVE DISABILITY. This woman got $1,000/month then nada? HE CANNOT BE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED DUE TO DISABLED COGNITION. He receives money on his behalf. He too may be eligible for payment for his children. This must be addressed as well as any back pay. Should this be the case, the plaintiff will receive that as well as payments for his children. This is my experience. When my kids turned 18, SSI stopped paying. I had private disability insurance that increased after my kids turned 18. Back to the plaintiff; it’s not possible for the dad to go back to work. No matter how much anger, resentment and/or frustration you feel, SSA follows rules. There are provisions for disability payments for those depending on the disabled person. Should this provide money, which is income due the kids and you remain angry I suggest therapy. I cannot work or be gainfully employed. Many accuse me of faking a brain injury. Asked me to smell good food? I cannot smell. That sense will never return. I could solve a problem before the injury. Now? I need help. My daughter was burdened her senior year in high school because I was hospitalized. She no longer communicates with me. Her son morally corrected her. It’s disrespectful to not acknowledge someone’s pain, disability and encourage provocation amongst the family. I was/is wrongfully punished because my husband almost killed me. He, my husband, committed suicide. Is this not enough to believe a brain injured person can be prosecuted for an inability to smell, do executive work or make a bed? NO. NEVER. YOU WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR YOUR DISRESPECT BY BOTH FAMILY AND GOD. ✝️

Why would the biological father pay support to a man who is not technically the stepdad? They didn’t actually get married. The biological dad should raise her from the point her mother passed. How does he even have custody? The biological dad should sue for sole custody and baby girl needs to learn and know Dad’s side of the family.

She knows this girl isn't interested in being a mother at this time in her life.
