Definitely more compact than the Crazy Crusher. Kevin Hoagland has an old portable jaw crusher with an electric motor, doesn't know the name as it's wore off.

You mention about building a stand for it. Make something universal so that if your out with you ute it can mount to draw bar/ tow bar coupling and can be taken off and used remotely in the bush or your shed at home on a cold day.

Very interesting Alan. I just built a manual crusher, like a hand impact equipment. I have a 3.5" jaw crusher that I am getting an electric motor for it. I like yours especially using the drill to operate it. 😎⛏⛏🔥🔥

If you can find it ,grind it . Just ordered one myself. I'm a simple kinda guy, got a cobra crusher to, hoping the two together will be the ticket. Happy hunting!!!

Just got this Crusher for my girlfriend for Christmas. We have a stash of gold ore that she had been crushing with a hammer. She never got it small enough to process but did pull out a .4 gram nugget!

nice toy but i see a piston - steel tube and rod with disk on end smashing more. using drill seem legally iffy as its powered

Just ordered one on eBay, another stage for my processing setups. Use the coffee grinder on the small stuff. The gap can go down to 1/32".

Bought cobra crusher used, seems to work it down to fines. Cruncher, to break it down enough to manageable size? That way I don't over work the cobra. The dust, bearings don't always work together and gets pretty hot on the cobra. The two together should be maintain steady work and keeps grandson out trouble with grandma
