Is my 5 year old being bullied?

Part 2 to my beef. My 5 year old came home today with a toy she got from her teacher. Yall not go believe what happened. At this point I'm trying to figure out how to teach my 5 year old about friend and how your friends should treat you. I want my children to know at a young age what good friends are.
