  • Bafang Ultra M620 /G510 motor take apart: controller, primary gear, secondary gear and thirdly gear, torque sensor, motor rotor and stator. You can get all these Bafang M620 spare parts on www.greenbikekit.com/ ;You will get to know how to replace the gears, torque sensors or M620 rotors.
    Tools needed:
    1. Allen key;
    2. Cross screw driver;
    3. Plier (7 inch or 8 inch) with straight head for removing the torque sensor;
    4. Rubber hammer;

    Can you tell me if there are replacement controllers available for the M620? I’m struggling to find anything available and my bike shop says the motors are disposable.. please let me know… new sub

    What type of grease does Bafang use in the motor?

    My motor makes 3 clicks per rotation of the crank arms, Do you know what could be causing this?

      please check the pawl clutch inside the primary gear

      ​@@Greenbikekitmy motor has resistance on pedals even when chain is off. I can hear motor engaged when pedaling with no power. Do I need the same part?
