How to replace Bafang M200 Torque sensor

If your Bafang M200 motor has no assist when pedaling, the problem could be the torque sensor defective. How to replace m200 torque sensor?
After replacing the controller, you need to calibrate the motor with Bafang Besst tool. www.greenbikekit.com/
1. Open the motor
2. Remove the axle
3. Remove the nylon gear,
4. Remove the controller;
5. Replace the torque sensor;
6. Calibrate your Bafang M200 motor with Bafang besst tool.
Tools needed:
Allen key,
Inner hexagon-plum blossom wrench,
Cross screwdriver

Nice video. You should do one about how to replace the ratchet rings on different bafang motors, because they're very prone to wearing down.

I know, I saw it. It's a good video.
I'm talking about the ratchet ring that the pawl clutch connects with when you turn the pedals. They can be very hard to take off and replace.
