@@Greenbikekit I know, I saw it. It's a good video. I'm talking about the ratchet ring that the pawl clutch connects with when you turn the pedals. They can be very hard to take off and replace.

If your M420 motor is CANbus motor, then you need to calibrate the motor with Besst tool; if your motor is UART motor, then you don't need to calibrate it with besst tool.

Please grease the motor reguarly. Bafang now have upgraded rotor and gear for this motor and they makes the motor less noise.

That's interesting. I never experienced m620 with the original controller, but I have m620 with 3000W Innotrace X1 controller and it already has 6000 miles (9600km) with zero maintenance without issues (it is noisy thought, but it works just fine).
