I hope they can one day get a capable leader, who will grapple for control of its vast resources, to use it to develop the country. It's truly tragic that they have so much resources, yet it's corrupt politicians, rebels, horrible neighboring leaders ( Kagame and Museveni) and imperialists(Europe, US) and China that are enjoying its vast wealth. All while most of the people remain poor and the country stays underdeveloped.
