I'm a complete beginner at this, but why do you use 3d(urp) instead of the core VR template?

Well that one uses the built in render pipeline and for mobile and VR Unity suggests to use URP. Also as a beginner it is useful to know what is going on in the background, in my opinion.
But you can use that if you like, I think the only difference will be the post processing.

I don't know why but it doesn't detect the controls and I tried several tutorials and when creating the application and testing it, it doesn't detect the controls

      What headset do you have?
When you add the Open XR profiles, watch out for the Oculus controllers and the Meta controllers (if you have a quest)
Did you imported the sample assets from the XR Interaction Toolkit?
And also did you added these profiles to the XR Controllers?

@@gamedevblueprint I have meta quest 2. The only controls that come to my mind are those of the meta quest pro and another from Oculus touch control or something like that, the few times it has worked, the only thing it does is move forward until it leaves the plane or ground that I create and falls into the void.

Hi I wanted to ask you a question: When I go on Game Mode my screen doesn't move and I can't see the VR Hands. I created the project 2 times and it's the same. How can I fix this?

huh there could be multiple reasons, if you followed the tutorial the only thing comes into my mind is if you use Meta Quest then you have to open the Oculus app on the computer and then launch Unity.

i connected my quest to the pc and i dont understand how to start the game in the headset

What headset do you have? If it’s a quest 2 then you need to install meta’s desktop app, then when you turn on the headset and connect it to the pc a popup window will ask if you want to start the desktop application.
