      if u can sit down do it by sitting on the floor
      if u cant sit on the floor due to any knee issues then do it by sitting in a chair

      Yes it will be very helpful for you. And if you have gained more weight that too might be the cause for knee pain if so try to reduce your weight and also take enough amount of calcium. 🙏

      no you should not do utkataasana and vajrasanam if u have knee pain it will increase your pain
