Yeah right…..They can’t suspend Coaches for stuff like this in the atmosphere of sports in 2024. We all knew Bo Davis was leaving Texas for LSU well before he left. Also Kirby Smart had a pictures of Bama’s line up board / recruiting board and showed recruits “ Hey you’re not that much of a priority to Bama but you are to me”……You think Kirby Smart was sitting in a his office at Bama after knowing he was going to Georgia recruiting for Bama? Hell no. It’s part of the business.
A&M and now Trev Alberts understand how Nebraska felt back in March.
When did it become 'important' or 'professional' for reporters to ask questions that they know will not get answered? Best case scenario for the coach, he smoothly blows you off. Worst case he lets the emotions from the game stew, knowing this stupid question is coming, knowing the only reason it is asked is to make him squirm and look pathetic in front of the cameras, and he says something stupid and has to apologize the next day. What is valuable in this? How is the reader/viewer served? We already had anonymous sources. We already knew he would like or brush you off, just like anyone else would in the same situation with their jobs. What's the point here? You just want to screw a coach in public? That's just fan service or click-farming, it ain't journalism or reporting.

Schlossnagle had been pretty upset about the scholarship situation for some time (private schools have a massive disadvantage in baseball due to scholarship restrictions, especially pre-NIL), so we (TCU fans) kinda knew we might lose him for a couple years. We weren't happy about it but we weren't completely caught off guard.
If it was the truth sure that would have been better but it ain’t so dude decided to dip like a coward and leave the players that he had just gone into battle with hanging in the wind.

More like we keep getting stalked by the angry narcissist ex that we divorced and yet they keep popping up trying to convince us how much we miss them. Won't take the SEC long to get as tired of 'sip BS as we were. And this poaching of Schloss is a good little sample of what's slithering their way.
