🇺🇸 Thank you Josh for your service. 🎣
Porked.."Bean".
One of my favorite podcasts is sasquatch chronicles. He is over 600 episodes in. Lots of respected hunters, military serviceman and law enforcement etc. that tell of their encounters. The guy that started the podcast had his encounter in Washington mountains while out at night with his brother just reminiscing after their father passed away. I had no idea of the science and depth on the subject. The Pacific Northwest is considered ground zero on the species and in the 70s the Army core of engineers printed an almanac that listed the sasquatch as a specicies that serviceman may encounter while working in the wild. I cant help but think about sasquatch when I look at the vast amount of untouched wilderness that I see in your videos. Keep your eyes peeled because there are signs if you know what you are looking for. If you have seen bears etc im sure that sasquatch have seen you more than once but you wouldn't know unless they wanted you or you stumble upon them in a territory that they don't know humans to ever trek through. If you have time you can research Dr. Bindernagle and see what signs you can look for. As interesting as I find the wilderness, I'm even more intrigued knowing that a species not recognized by mainstream science treks through the wilderness of North America and more. Some places in countries like China in isolated places, recognized and protect their area. Government ordered. They are our closest relatives.
Have you ever thought about starting your own merch store? I would buy a branded sweater with "SamongYang Outdoors" and a nice outdoor graphic/design on it. Or you could base it on your "Catch, Clean, Cook" series as I think you're the only CZcamsr consistent with such a series.
Awesome idea
I would totally buy a hoodie
I would buy a hoodie or hat too.
This guy leaves no stone unturned in explaining everything to you. He is the perfect CZcams channel owner! Thank you!
Thank you Samong, for a 49 year old man who may never see the Cascade mountains. Watching you an Josh fish these place was very fun and informative. Thanks again for being a great role model for American youth to watch. Good fishing and gods speed to the Yang family, friends and fans 👍🇺🇸🙏🏻p.s my wife watched this video with me. She never watches my outdoor videos. Said she plans on watching you more. 🎥==🥇🥇🥇
29:10 I'm proud of you for not crying or even flinching when the small trout fell through the net back into the water. You're focused and calm, for sure.

Trout catch and cook adventures are the best!
Recently a lot of fishing youtubers dont have good videos to watch. Your videos are awesome. Great content. Keep it coming!
Living the life. Literally.
Places like this are why I feel blessed to live in Washington State, I am into Slingshots so hiking can be extra fun, no worries I use a clay ammo in the woods so that if I lose it, it goes right back to the earth. I see you have an 8 cent bag for trash, I don't mind paying 8 cents for those I have ten that I use for shopping have used them 20 times and they are still going strong.
Amazing lakes, views, everything!
This was satisfying to watch. Thanks for sharing!
It's comforting knowing I'm not the only one who struggles with packing light while still having a bunch of fishing and camera gear. Keep living the dream man.
Love alpine lake fishing!
Hey Samong, I just learned about DIY flame diffusers to use with those single isobutane burners. It basically helps spread the flame out underneath your pan so it isn't concentrated in the centre. Some people use the tops/bottoms of steel food cans, another guy was using plumbers heat shield cloth.
Washington state has so many nature beauty to look upon, it's not boring, water and land outdoors.
Beautiful country very relaxing to watch thanks for taking us along.
Beautiful scenery!
Awesome videos Samong !! Love the content and those trout look tasty 😋
Good video guys! Absolutely beautiful country and fish!!! Thanks!
Amazing lakes! Josh, those gummy orange slices are the best thing on earth lol.
Those trout from the mountain lakes and streams are very good because the water is fresh and clean

love your videos
That was an awesome video of you guys camping 👍 and I really liked the way you guys left every camp site as clean as you found it , I’ve gone camping here in Saskatchewan, Canada 🇨🇦 and have enjoyed the lakes and have always left my site clean 🇨🇦👍 I look forward to seeing more of your videos , stay safe guys 🙏👍🇨🇦
Just followed you! It is great to see all the beautiful sites! Keep up the great work!
That’s some good footage!
If you're going to boil the water that you cook with, you can save your bottled water for drinking. Boiling it will make it safe for drinking and cooking.
When they close the Eastside go west and make lemonade out of lemons. Great video!
You're the only channel I've seen with a stationary underwater chase camera. Subbed.
Good catch on the fish ID in the big lake! The heavy posterior spotting had me thinking cutthroat on the first one you caught too. good catch.
Have you tried using a light 10 lb braid like Diawa j braid, with a 4 or even 2 lb flouro leader. You can cast a lot farther. I used this set up with a small silver swivel and the swivel works as a semi flasher the trout chase it then hit the spinner. Your way works well just saying cast farther with light gear. Love the video. I wish I could go do something like this no time.
The place is beautiful I'm alittle jealous. 😆
Loved your video. Enjoy the whole video yeee 💯🤙
Another great video! And that was a Salmon berry brother. We make jam out of those in Alaska every summer 🔥
Samong your videos are awesome man keep it up👍
Thank you for your video.
Great video. Beautiful country up there in the Cascades!!
Less bugs like skeeters away from the water .. but you know that!
Love these videos. I’m curious as to what you do for a living ?, I’m impressed by all the outdoor gear involved in your videos, also the quality of gear.
Beautiful place
You should look into a jet boil mini mo I know that it’s one of the only back country stoves that you can control the flame and set it really low
Mountain lake just hits differently than pond fishing
Keep up the good work.
A trick that was taught to me awhile back was, if the jerky is old and hard, boil it 1:1 water/jerky and it'll rehydrate and become softer. But that'll take more time than just breaking your jaw so it depends on how much time you got :D
Was watching old mav videos and found your channel. A nice surprise.
Looks fun man 👍🏼
That pocket rocket is sweet. 🔥
Great video.
I live in ca, didn't know we grow mangos here. Wish I was with you two.
Great video
I gotta get up to some of them mountain lakes! You have inspired me!
They are amazing! Definitely something everyone should do at least once!
Exelente adventure I loved it
Good video Samong. Looked like a great time. Next time bring some basil with you, it'll unlock that wild trout soup.
Awesome video guys . Really enjoyed watching . What lakes are these that you hiked to??
yo it's Sean, just wanted to let you know the bite has been picking up for sturgeon at the marcus island, i got spooled the other day fully tightened drag and he ran me to my backing like it was nothing, 100lbs braid and popped the 30lbs backing like it was 8lbs test lol, hoping to get a keeper or 2 this sunday/monday, happy fishing, hunting
Awesome Video! Cheers
Epic views!
New sub from San Diego. Awesome video bro
We have always called those berries, Salmon berries
Small tip, step down to 4lb test, you can cast farther and you will have less line drag in the water, which mean, you can get the blade turning faster without make the lure wanting to rise..
Just something that has help me over the years to catch bigger fish.
The mango help the stale taco shells🤣😅
