Finally managed to pick this set up last night. Pretty much sold out immediately when it was released in Australia. So glad to get this into my collection now for a decent price, especially now with general Kenobi having been announced.

I just bought this set, going to meet Matt Lanter who voiced Anakin, and im going to have him sign the STAP base. This set looks so damn good, and I figured a premium piece like this would be unique and special to have autographed. So excited to get this set in. 🤙🏻

As a long time black series collector, I find myself saying stuff like “do we really need another obi wan?”
But as a relatively new Hot Toys collector… yes we need another Anakin! 😂 This will be my first, cant wait for it to come in.
I was thinking the same tbh! When I first started getting Hot Toys I had a strict ‘one figure per character’ rule, that soon went out the window! 🤣

TK "This is gonna be one of those videos that feels like I started filming it back in 2019." LOL! Yes, you're qutie right, the two face sculpts are definitely different. Stap's frown is more pronounced, so his brow furrows more deeply, and his face is slightly wider in a more rounded way than light side's, which has a bit more elongation. I think light side's is a better likeness for Hayden, but intentionally so, as stap is supposed to be a mix of the animated character and Hayden. I really like the accessories that comes with him, particularly the holographic figures and the thermal detonators. He looks great standing beside young Ahsoka, but that pose of him riding the Stap while brandishing his lightsaber is superb.
It’s great how Hot Toys take an animated version and gave it the real actors likeness and it works. It could have ended up looking like neither but ended up looking pretty darn perfect! Thanks for watching and thanks for the support! 👍🏻😀
You have without a doubt the best 1/6 scale Star Wars collection I've seen 🤯 I just got my buddy in Hong Kong to pre-order the new Hot Toys R2D2 deluxe figure for me with his discount card for £163.00 I couldn't resist 😁 have fun and stay safe 😎

late to the party with my comments on this release, have only been able to watch your video just now… 💥what a release this is, a real centre piece that demands your attention. An epic piece to add to your epic collection, prequels are getting a lot of love just now and I am sure there are some further great releases in the pipe line. Think these films are due a rewatch by collectors to get a feel for the characters again ahead of new figure releases. Thanks for this great video and as always looking forward to the next one when you get the chance, stay well👍

How do you pull out the Vehicle Handlebars without breaking them?
Just grab the handlebar as close to the STAP as you can and wiggle it out gently. Its only friction fit so they come out pretty easy - just don't try pulling it from the end of the handlebar as it will likely snap! Hope that helps 👊🏻
@@TK421Collectibles I think I will need a video explaining how haha cause I tried to follow the steps but they don't move at all.
I broke one of them already (some time ago, don't remember honestly how but I was trying to take them out and I couldn't) and the other one is intact.
At the end, I followed your steps one more time and tried to roll a bit up and down (like when you move the handlebar) and they came off easily haha. I am so amazed. Thank you very much. I wish I knew this before I broke the right handlebar.

Yeah that looks cool in a display. I reckon about 15 to 16 inches? But factor in some contingency in case you want him stood up on the STAP rather than hanging off the side 👍🏻

Fantastic. Was it hard getting him on the STAP, and positioning his hands on the handles?
Actually it was really easy! A lot easier than the speeder bike and trooper. I was a little worried about damaging the handlebars and brakes because they seem quite delicate but all seemed to work out ok 🙂👍🏻

I got him(without stap) in my cart on eBay for $175 + shipping($34) and tax so about $227ish should I bite? Would it be worth it?
Sounds like a good deal tbh (US dollars?) Think he’s $270 new on Sideshow (presumably not including shipping and taxes). Also if he appears in more live action stuff I think this figure will sell out and then get pricey on the secondary market! Good luck 👍🏻😃
