STAY IN THE PHilippines..""
Can I apply a permanent resident? I'm a U S citizen now. Is my husband an American entitled to get a permanent resident in Philippines.
Me and my husband have dual citizenship. We are both naturalized US citizen back in 1986 but in 2019 we applied for Filipino citizenship. Presently we are in the philippines for over 3 years. We would like to travel back to the US and stay there for about 1 month. Would there be a problem for us to enter back in the US because we stay in the Phils for over 3 years?
