Grz Las Thank you so much for your lovely comment. We will be back in June 😃
I agree with you! "You are more than welcome"- exactly!
Super reklama dla Polski! Super wideo Pozdrawiam
Thanks very much. Was our pleasure!🙂👍
Love Pierogis, now I'm hungry
Me too. Love them!😋
A fun fact: "pierogi" is already plural, so you don't really need that extra 's' :)
Have you ever tried pierogi with fruits? I recomend pierogi with blueberries. Warning! May be very explosive leaving nasty stains on clothes :)
Pierogi, not pierogis.
STOP SAYING PIEROGIS. PIEROGI IS ALREADY PLURAL FORM.
I'm glad I ate before watching this video because everything looked delicious! When I get a chance to visit Poland, I will definitely have to try these! I've had pierogi before, but I bet they are much better in Poland! Awesome video!
Thanks so much Scottman, so glad you like the video. Yes....we would say Poland is a must and you would definitely find the food delicious. Have a great weekend 🙂
You guys are great advertisement of British people. Very polite, very open and eloquent.
Thanks so much for leaving us such a kind comment 🙂
I have never felt hungrier after watching a video, your facial expressions are priceless!😄 Now i need to go cook.
Ha...thanks Hazalophy....we sure did love the Polish cuisine, hearty comfort food. Thanks so much for watching 🙂
your polish vids seem to be doing very well. Maybe I need to go to Poland.. LOves amazing. good luck to you folks. see ya out there on the road
Yes, Poland seems to have a big youtube following! Thanks for watching!🙂👍
I’m half Polish and used to make pierogi for my Polish grandma. My mouth is watering now! Time to make some for mom. She used to make potato pancakes for us...with applesauce. Thanks for taking me down memory lane. 👍🏻
Jane: Life with Ken and Jane Aw that's so cool....glad you enjoyed this. We really fell in love with Poland.....we are going back and tk Warsaw this time in a few weeks 😃
@J
That's the recepe for racuchy. 😋 Yum! In my family grandmas and mommy used to shred the apples.
I’m loving your reactions :) Oscypek with cranberry sauce: just perfect, especially winter time at the streets of Zakopane- can really reccomend it!
We fell in love with Oscypek. delicious! Thanks for watching Trance!
Hey Trance Continues - just to let you know that we are returning to Poland next week for a road trip and Zakopane and Wroclaw are on our itinerary - we cannot wait!!!! 😎😍
Hi. I know that you like oscypek with a cranberry sauce. I live in UK, I think if you go to a Polish shop here and ask for the cheese, you will be able to buy it. Maybe you will need to grill it at home and get some cranberry sauce. :)
@@irenabondarska6774 Thanks so much - that is the best thing to know ever!!! :)
@@JamesyboyExperiment your very welcome. :)
So glad you enjoyed the great Polish food, the food I grew up with in Poland.
Yes we really did, so delicious. Thanks so much for watching and leaving us a comment 🙂
I never been to poland yet, but one of my co-worker was polish, and she always had home made meals, and it was so damn delicious! i miss her cuisine now.... And this video is not helping!
Ha. Thanks for your message Princess! Comfort food😋
You are welcomed. Not only main cities are interesting.
*I do not know where are you come from but in English Poland and Polish are written with capital 'P'.*
@iksloko That's the point! Miałem to jej sam wygarnąć, ale mnie w tym wyręczyłeś. Dzięki rodaku.

Watching this at Poland, and i am sooo going to eat oscypek tomorrow (the cheese with cranberry) . So happy you liked it! What do i have to say? We' ve got so much more!
And to the "they must love mushrooms" its kinda like tradition, cause we have a lot of forests nad we like going on a mushroom picking. Also back in history it was an easy thing to get and it stayed with us.
We love oscypek! So tasty I could eat some now! Thanks for the information on mushrooms!🙂
I'm bloody starving now!! Loved it folks.
Cheers buddy. yes, good food man!😛

I love all that Food :) My Grandmothers came from Poland and I was often there :) Super fantastic Food Test Video !!
Thumbs up and greetings from Germany :)
Greetings Germany!😉That food is soooooo tasty! Such a great place to visit!🙂
this beat soup was for drinking, you do not suppose to use a spoon, usually, you drink and eat krokiet, but it all depends on serving, sometimes you got egg in it and then you should use a spoon
Thanks Marcin, that is really interesting and good to know. Thanks so much for watching and leaving us a comment 🙂
egg in barszcz?? In white barszcz yes but not red one. Maybe u confused with uszka? Barszcz czewony je sie z uszkami a nie jajkami.
You got clean Beet soup. You like Pierogi. Try beetroot soup with Uszka (little Ears). Little dumplings with mushrooms, shaped like ear with to ends joined together, intended to be soaked in beet soup. This is one of a traditional dish for Christmas.
The best Zapiekanki in Kraków are on Sienna street, between Main Square and Little Square.
There is also Kumpir. Huge frayed(?) potato, cut and mushed and filled with stuffing.
Thanks so much for these tips....the beet soup with the little ears sounds really good, we will definitely have to try this next time 👍
Hi .
O am from Romania and i like Poland habbits

Hi guys. Thanks for watching. Everything was really delicious. We love food and are always so excited to try new food when we are away 🙂
I have never seen beet soup before.
Man, the pierogi looks good.
Hi ....thanks for watching and leaving us a comment and yes that pierogi was so good, we love it, so delicious 🙂
You can get that cheese in tesco, there is a little polish section in fridges. Or in most of the polish shops. And It's sheep cheese not goat.
Thanks very much mate!. Looks like i'll be taking a trip to Tesco in a bit!. Thanks for watching!😋
hey guys it is sheep cheese :)actually sheep milk mixed with little bit of cows milk and made into cheese
Thanks so much for the information and taking the time to comment, we love that cheese 🙂
Aaaww I left Poland 15 years ago. Now I really miss for my country. I wish I would come back soon.
Ah. so sorry mate. Hope you get to visit in the not too distant future👍🙂
Hello Dear Friends,
I am glad that you were well-placed in my country and you enjoyed our Polish traditional food.

Buon apeit glad you guys visited my native Land, know that here in USA you can buy those cheese oscypek or any other imported from Poland to local Polish delicatessen,..I bet you have Polish delicatessen too in UK,I seen some here on you tube videos. Buon Voyage, come Again.
Hey. Thanks so much for watching our video and leaving us a comment. We had a really great time in Poland. We will definitely have to stock up on some Polish goodies from one of these Polish delicatessens 🙂
Oscypek, Pierogi and Barszcz were the food of the poor for hundred of years, finally its being recognised for what it is, simple, but phenomenal food!
It`s sustained millions of people for centuries through wars, natural disasters, even a Nazi invasion, it`s made Poland the country it is today.
Independent, proud, confident, forward thinking, hard working, welcoming and friendly. Miłość Polske :)
Ill drink to that!!! Cheers🍺
You guys should probably move to Poland at this point. LoL
I was born in Krakow (in the US since the 80's), so I know how good Polish food is.
You are right RTH, the food is so yummy here and yes, we could move to Poland for a bit!🙂 Thanks for watching!
Hope you enjoyed Poland! Our country welcomes all kinds of foreigners from different nations around the world, especially tempting you to try our lovely authentic dishes like the well-known Pierogi and Barszcz Czerwony (Red borscht) that would definitely change the way you perceive foreign food to taste like! Greetings from Poland, dear Brits!❤️🇵🇱🇬🇧
Hi Milolaj - thanks for your kind comment. We love Poland and all it has to offer....😎😍
@@JamesyboyExperiment I'm glad to hear that! All the best my friend!
I think the Beetroot soup you had is more of the Christmas variaty. Not sure with everyone but for regular year time dinner my mom grates Beetroot into it & serves with boiled potatoes. Very comforting in winter :3
wow. that sounds delicious! You sure know how to cook in over there!😉
Smaczniego! (YUM, YUM!)
I loved the way you said Polish vibe right at the start 😂 this made me hungry... I always seem to see you guys saying how tasty it is - I wanna see you try durian on camera! That zapiekanki though 😍 Smashing it my friend, and so close to 500 subs now! Keep it up!
Hey Loz. Cheers dude....we are enjoying seeing our channel have a little growth spurt 😉....check out our back catalogue....5 foods to try in Thailand....you'll see some durian action there...😋
OH I DON'T REMEMBER SEEING THAT!!! Time to go see
😂😂😂
Oh my god, this Monday I am coming back to Poland and I will eat everything what you showed here 😂 my beloved motherland, I am so glad that you enjoyed time there. You are always welcome to Poland and I really recommend you to visit Zakopane, Niedzica (Niedzica is small village in Tatry mountains but really beautiful, the castle is just amazing) and you must come to Rzeszów! It is close to Kraków, 150km, I know that Rzeszów is small city but interesting, as well. You could see Przemyśl and other cities ;) and I showed my mommy your videos and she said "such a lovely couple, they can come to us, I will make some pierogi, krokiety, placki ziemniaczane, żurek (1 hours later🤣) for them. Maybe they should try some vodeczka?" hahah you are always welcome guys ❤️
Wow, thanks for being so nice🙂🙂 This country is great👍
I love how you guys taste and explain everything with such a fineness, I love you :)
Wow - thanks so much - that is very nice of you to say 😍😎
The secret in Poland is you have to wait a while for your food to be rady because it is freshly made. Not frozen, not from microwave. If you want to you can go behind the scences and ask to have a look how it is made. Thats the secret...
Delicious home cooked food cannot be beat 😍
Anyway, potatoes are the king of vegetables you can literally make all of them and it is very tasty
Delicious!!!😋
Aw man, I'm having lunch, and I'm still hungry!
Ha! Yes....we should have put an alert on....don't watch if hungary! 😉
food vlog in Poland! all of them looked delicious! smakelijk! ;D
Hey Dolrich....thanks so much for watching. The food was incredible....we couldn't get enough 🙂
Jamesyboy Experiment you dont need to miss them there a store call foodland plus a polish store they sell them i been to poland and taste there food when i was back in the uk
Ah, thanks ieuan!!!! We will have to check it out. We have been buying Pierogi from Asda but not quite the same :(
Pos. 4 I believe you ment "placki" :)))))) and it's already plural :) Missing Poland but visit it almost every summer. Kolobrzeg is a really nice place.
Ah, thank you!!! Haven't heard of there, will look it up!!!🙂
Hey guys. We love Perogis. Good stuff. Daniel's parents worked in Poland for a bit. We have always wanted to go but have never been. Cheers!
Thanks for watching guys. You should definitely visit one day if you get the chance....we think summertime would be so good there...
Jamesyboy Experiment
We were actually watching your mudlarking videos. Naz had to explain to me what that was all about. Pretty cool. Wonder if you could do that in the East River or the Hudson here? Probably not.
“Pierogi” is already plural ;)
it's a sheep cheese not goat I think mate
Cheers Piotr . Yes, you are right mate! Thanks for watching👍
They make oscypek of a goat cheese as well nowadays. Traditional oscypek is made of a sheep cheese, of course.
Poland!!!!!!👍
Never got to Poland when we were over there. I think from memory it was the one place we would have needed a special visa. I wonder if we have any polish restaurants down this way.
Hissing Thoughts
A visa? Where are you from?
damnedmadman New Zealand. This was back in 2000-2002.
Hissing Thoughts OK, that explains everything. Anyway, Poland has changed a lot since then :)
love you guys. greetings from warsaw
Wow, thanks Lukasz!!! That is very nice of you🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Those dumplings look mint.
ooh , they were scrummy!😋
They are called pierogi (plural).
She is british Chylinska))
ha. Thank you!🙂
James you are the best for me :-))))))
Ah, thank you Aqua!! That is very nice of you to say👍
No need to miss Oscypek in UK ;) Go to Polish shop to buy one foliated then slice it and puy on fry pan though. Won't be even close to the fresh made u love but still better than non! :)
Oooo thanks Kris - we need to go shopping!
I came
You are the dream tourists who like every food they eat and don't complain ! The addiction to pierogi can continue in the UK as I know that Sainsbury's and Tesco sell pierogi in a pack in the fridge section. And please do visit a Polish shop in the UK as there is plenty more to explore and taste. This is only a begining of your Polish journey and will have a deep impact on your future lives. All the best and please do come back, perhaps visiting Wang church - best in the summer to admire great garden around it too.
Yes, this is the start of our Polish journey. Fell in love with the country. We love suggestions on where to visit, so thank you very much. And yes we have since tried pierogi from our supermarkets in the UK but we have to say they are not as tasty as the freshly made ones from Poland 😧
You can't compare those from Sainsbury's to what they're having here. I live in UK and I miss Polish food so much. I envy you right now:) Enjoy!
Aleksandra P I did not compare those from Sainsbury's, I only said that they are available there. Of course, everything made fresh is better !
Thanks so much for watching and leaving us a comment....we sure did enjoy the tasty foods on offer, all delicious 🙂
Thank you for watching and your comments, it's great to get advise and input 🙂
You need to try oscypek in Zakopane. They just taste better when you're in mountains. Something in the air probably;)
Ah cool...that is so interesting. It would be amazing to experience the mountains there in Poland.....bet it is really beautiful 🙂
Oh yes, the mountains are fabulous. Of course Tatry are the most popular ones and they are worth visiting for their natural beauty as well as folk architecure and culture. Yet the most popular places there tend to be overcrowded recently. There are mountains called Sudety on south west of Poland and I really recommend going there. They are not as high as Tatry but more diverse. For example Góry Stołowe (part of Sudety): very unique mountains with flat peaks. Spectacular. Besides, they (Sudety I mean) are very rich in architectural treasures such as castles and palaces (zamek Książ!). Historically much more interesting than Tatry. I am not saying Tatry are overrated, only that there are more equally beautiful places worth knowing. I hope you'll see some of them:)
Thanks so much for taking the time to give us this information. We truly do hope to return and would love to experience much more that Poland has to offer, it is great when locals impart their knowledge, so valuable 🙂
Jamesyboy Experiment
No problem:) It's my pleasure, I love these places.

Thanks Aleksandra....we wish you a great weekend 🙂
you need to come more often :) where are you gonna get your pierogies? hahahaha
Martin Z Too true! It's very interesting how many different countries do their own style of dumplings....we have tried a few 😃. Thanks for watching 😃
welcome back guys good film about POland thanku for everything becasuse im in uk 7 years now and i hears manny manny bullshits from the english people about my country but they never been in POland before go and have look your self then you can sey something
Yes, if people came to Poland they would change their minds!!!🙂👍
It's not GOAT's smoked cheese - it's SHEEP's - it's called OSCYPEK. Cheers!
Hi Kuba Giza, yes we got that wrong! Thanks for leaving us the info and watching the video 👍
Love to see how you guys enjoy your meal
Gotta love those Pierogi!!!
I love your reactions and admiration for this polish food. My favourite are potato cakes with a meaty goulash, a bit different to the mushroom sauce you tried.
Thanks for watching Arek and leaving us a comment. So glad you enjoyed it. We are vegetarian otherwise we would have tried the meaty goulash too. The food blew us away 🙂. ..loved it
I'm surprised you are vegetarians and you still enjoyed food in Poland, which is based on the meat. Bigos with no meat is like fish and chips without fish... lol.
Have to love Piroggi. Looks like you guys had also some foodporn going on ;-) Oh and please let me know your secret to get 223 views in 3 hours :-) Nice vlog guys. That was on hell of a baguette.
Thanks for the lovely comment Yokl. We loved Poland...so much so we're back there in two weeks. ...more food porn to come 😉
Because Polish people love everyone who likes our country and our food that's simple. And we can understand English a little :D
Jego rozanielona mina najlepsza, 😊
Thank you very much!!!🙂
This zapiekanka so huge, did you manage to eat all of it? Potato cakes are considered a poor man's food ,yet it tastes great, I used to have it with yogurt.
The Zapiekanki was really big yes and we did leave a little! We really really loved the latkes. Polish food is just so comforting 🙂
why am i starving now ,,, food couple hunter 👍🏻
Alle Kriwil We love Polish food and can't wait to eat more next month in Warsaw 😃
2:35 it is about sheep cheese, not goat . :)
Thanks very much 🙂....we are looking forward to trying more this week when we are back in this great country
znam południe Anglii i mi się podoba
Ah cool!!! Yes, very nice👍
Zapiekanaka first polish fastfood. When i was a kid i loved that shit xD
Oscypek is not from goat is from Sheep milk ;) but u actually tryed a Oscypek from cow milk which is very common in winter/autumn time , cheers !
It is our favourite cheese!!! We keep coming back to Poland just to eat it😋😋
@@JamesyboyExperiment well if u like it so much u need to come here in Spring/Summer time then u can try real thing but u need to go to "Podchale" region if u wanna try real real orginal Oscypek ;)
ps. its my favourite too ;)

Hello, greeetings from Warsaw in Poland. I like so much such People like you both! I am happy you enjoyed your visit in Kraków. How did you get there, by which airline did you fly? :)
Hey there, thank you so much!! I think we flew Ryanair from Luton to Krakow
One things in Polish one is pieróg, two are pierogi. When you tell pierogis it is just like you say cakeses (for example). The same applies to zapiekanki.
Ah, thank you!!👍
I bet you can find a much better zapiekanki and beet soup in Poland ... all you have to do is look at the ones you take on video ... they do not look like their best versions ... hope you find these in future..
Thanks very much for watching and the advise. Yes these were the first ones we have ever tried so would definitely seek out more in the future 🙂
🔥 first
Cheers mate!
my fav foodies love you
Hey dude, thank you very much👍
OCYPEK it is not a goat cheese, but it's made from lamb milk sometimes mixed with cow milk, depends of seasons. In summer You can buy OSCYPEK based on 100% lamb milk, but in winter there is made 70%-80% of cow milk and 20-30% of lamb milk.
Wow, thanks very much for the information Tomasz. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks for watching🙂
You are welcome ! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscypek, Correctly it is smoked cheese made of salted sheep milk.
Need to visit the Tatra Mountains. I love this cheese!!!!!!!!!😋
Sure. Next time try visit town Zakopane on polish side of Tatra moutains. Slovak side of this mountains with highest Carpathian mount Gerlach 2655 m is also beautiful.
Sounds amazing. So much to see in Poland🙂
OMG, That's not the first time I see that. Pure red borsch is a drink not soup. Very good with for ex. pierogi. Marjoram, garlic and black pepper are must in it. I'm surprised that service did not explain that. Red borsch as a soup is full of vege.
Thanks for the advise 😍😎
I am from Poland!! Okay puls I can prove it! I can speak it look or see? Hey co to dobze...hmm eco hodzi
This is torture! I’m so hungry now...no wonder I used to be a lot fatter back home 😅
Haha - sorry Karolina. Polish food is so delicious!! Thanks for watching 😍
Position no.4 It's Placki ;) need to try with sour cream
Sounds delicious to us 😋😋😋
I would put Polish cusine on five top world's best. I belive that zapiekanka is fast food in Poland not a comfort food. Cheers!
Yes fast food but definitely comforting too!!! Thanks for watching 😍
❤🇵🇱❤ pozdrawiam.
Zapiekanka the jest!
Love Polish food !!! Thanks for watching 😍
In my opinion best pierogi are just made and cooked in water, hot, with hot roux of bacon and onion. With beer or beet soup as drink. Smacznego.
Yummy indeed! Thanks for watching 🙂
People you have to be carefull with Polish food. It goes fast in belly and weight (if eaten too much)..
@@KowalskyLeon So true... We sure put on weight when we were in Poland 😂
