      You’re welcome Amigo! I didn’t even need to translate to know what you said. I guess my Spanish skills aren’t too bad after all.

      Efectivamente amigo pienso que no tienes problema con el idioma español. El problema soy yo pues tengo que traducir el idioma inglés, sinceramente yo no se inglés.
      Saludos. Y gracias por contestar.

    Awesome job ! On these J generation units, I would encourage you to check the hose connected to the dump valve, they tend to clog up with scale. Enjoy the videos, keep them coming

    Good video, I like to use the drill attachment medium bristle brushes to clean the plastic panels and inside the bin it saves a lot of time when there’s a lot of calcium, mold and scale

      This is what I’m talking about! Thank you for the advice! I’ve been meaning to pick one up for a while but haven’t had a chance. Some of my coworkers do exactly that. Thanks again.

    I need to replace a CME unit that's seen better days. I'm comparing this and the Manitowoc cuber. This appears to be a 22" Hoshi and seems remarkably less cramped and faster to clean than the wider 30" Mani you cleaned in your other video. I know you edit, but the Mani video it twice as long and your busting your knuckles to remove parts. Is that Hoshi much easier to clean and service than the Mani?

    • @IceMachine411
      @IceMachine411  Před 19 dny

      The Manitowoc is easier for me to clean. They take about the same amount of time. Really just comes down to preference. Hoshizaki ice machines use a ton of water.

    Great vid. Which water filter brand are u using? Will it work for a KM 901

    • @IceMachine411
      @IceMachine411  Před 19 dny

      It’s an Everpure filter I believe. You may want a filter with a higher capacity.

    Forget that scooping and dragging cans of ice. Run a hose and melt it off with hot water while youre taking it apart.

    Great video and break down of your process! Curious what your thought process is for choosing compressed nitrogen as opposed to the compressed air, or some other sort of blower like a leaf blower which you mentioned other people may use in this application? (Personally I can see how a leaf blower wouldn't be that great of a tool to use in this instance and for what you are trying to do with it!) I didn't really even know that compressed nitrogen was an option for something like this, so I'm learning a shit ton from you watching this video! Thanks again my friend, it's appreciated!

    • @IceMachine411
      @IceMachine411  Před 5 měsíci +1

      lol. It’s not actually a leaf blower. It’s like a small Milwaukee blower thing. Looks like a leaf blower.
      I use to carry around a battery powered compressor and got tired of the rude looks and pissed off business owners. It’s just quieter, more powerful and takes less time to charge and compress. Honestly it’s just easier.

    • @Adam-Michaud
      @Adam-Michaud Před 5 měsíci

      @@IceMachine411 I totally get that! The Milwaukee blower makes more sense in my head now that I understand what you mean. Isn't it great how many douchecanoes and twat-waffles there are out there? You know the ones, just glaring at you with their "I'm so much better than you" vibes and acting like you're such an inconvenience to them! Dude, you called me.... I didn't call you and invite myself here for shits and giggles! Thanks so much for the reply, I appreciate you!

    • @IceMachine411

      Depends on the over all condition of your machine. Either repair or replace.

      I’ve cleaned Hoshi units in a little as 2hr. But as you said the bigger the unit, the longer it takes. Especially if it’s filthy
