Looking forward to progressing through this program. After practicing the no turn part of the backswing, I could feel that this put me into a position that was new for me. The instruction is simple and to the point. Thanks Monte!

Monte, Your ‘No Turn’ instruction is by far and away the best and easiest system for hitting solid and consistent golf shots I have ever seen. I went from watching your video one time to the course, no driving range. I played the best golf of my life. What’s scary is this, I increased my iron distance 1 to 2 club lengths with just a half swing. I cant wait to get back out there with a three quarter swing! Monte this is so easy its embarrassing. Thanks!

Monte, I don't know if you'll see this, but I'll post it anyhow. I bought the No Turn Cast video lessons on RebellionGolf, and I can honestly say that NOTHING else I've ever done has improved my swing as much in as short of a time. What you said about the NTC "practically forcing" your body to react correctly was absolutely right. It really changed how I think about a proper golf swing...I really think that after all these years of struggling with practice and lessons, I finally understand what I'm actually trying to do and it's easier than I ever thought possible. I wish I'd have learned this years ago. Thank you, Sir!

I’ve found part 2 to be most helpful. I watched aShawn Clement video that contained the same elements. From address, pretend you are going to be casting a fishing rod at a target on the trail side and slightly behind. That puts you in the right backswing position. Then cast the line at the target. I showed this to my wife and my brother in law, both of whom struggled at golf and they instantly were hitting balls straight and up in the air.

This is so interesting. I've tried it, and it does allow good contact. I've tried it with a weight and natural shift, and noticed too much shift causes me to shank, or thin. A natural shift works better for me I guess. I'm not sure how long it'll work for me, but we'll see.

So does the "casting" principles apply to the driver? I thought I would ask before I purchase the series. I will more than likely get it, but was curious if the same applies. If so, I can see where it would be very beneficial! I have been using the No Turn/Cast techniques and the light went off! Soooo easy to swing the club now and I don't even think of anything except "8'oclock to 12'oclock. Good stuff!

Monte, Do you set up your feet square to the target line when hitting driver? Or do you drop trail foot back a little?
The NTC course was great btw! Has made a big difference in my game.

When you go from the 7 to 8 oclock position, is there suppose to be any elevation of the arms or remain parallel?

As a former + handicap I’m finally trying to get back into the game seriously after about 20 years. Between all the kids, other sports, etc. I’ve somehow forgotten how to hit a golf ball. After making this year my “return” year I’m sitting at about a -12 now. My analytics show I gave about a +2/3 shortgame, -5 driving game, and about -19 approach game (not hard to find my glaring fault). I’ve forgotten how to hit a golf ball evidently. My biggest swing faults are coming across the line at the top and steepening on the way down.. really, it is defiance in physics how I can even make contact on a full swing. Anyhow, I really like the feeling this gives me.. goes against just about everything I’ve practiced, but I hit every.single.shot fat. I’m thinking I’m not making a good enough weight shift, but I don’t know. Anyway, thanks for thinking outside the box and getting me thinking that way as well.

One question , at impact do you advise a strong feel of the right forearm turning over the left?
    Cheers

This is genius level stuff...put the club in a position where your body HAS to do the correct movements vs put your body in correct positions and then try to manipulate the club

Before I play in a tournament. The most important thing I do is 20 yrd chips 30 to 40 with no shoulder turn working on different heights. then I go to 90 yrd wedges. 140 yrd 7 irons (I hit 7 iron 180). and 10 drives (if I am successful with the irons, the driver usually follows the good striking). Then I work on wedge height low medium high. Then I am good to go

So what does “deliver” mean? Turn the hips? Flip the hands? Keep the arms behind the right leg and let the hands go? I see you doing it, but I still don’t exactly know how you are “delivering” the clubhead to the ball.
