Chelsea prevented Tottenham from winning the Premier League during an ill tempered game at Stamford Bridge in May 2016. Tottenham raced into a 2-0 goal lead but they were pegged back by Chelsea in the second half. The draw meant that Leicester were crowned Premier League champions.

I thought Clattenburg was shocking, even more so when he admitted later that he made up his mind not to send anyone off. Saying that though it was bit bit of a blast from the past with those tackles going in. And finally how did Chelsea get a bigger fine than Spurs 🤔
Ridiculous how he said he didn't want to be known as the referee who cost Tottenham the title. Did he want to known as the referee who allowed and encouraged Eden Hazard, Oscar or Fabregas' legs to be snapped in half then? I did enjoy watching it too though to be fair, but you can just tell from clattenburgs justification that if it was the other way around, we would have ended the game with 8 men.
