Nadru /Lotus Stem - 1 whole piece cut into thin slices
Hing - ¼ th tsp
Jeera - ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2tsp
Sunth/Ginger Powder - ½ tsp
Curd -1tbs
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
