Ingredients:
Split Moong Dal (with chilka) - 1 cup
Asfotedia / Hing - 1/4th tsp
Tej Patta - 1
Moti elaichi - 1 crushed
Laung / Clove - 3
Cinamom /Dalchini - 1 small stick
Cumin / Jeera - ½ tsp
Sunth / Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Kasuri methi 1tbs
Salt as per taste
Water
Ghee - 1- 2 serving spoons
Milk 2 cups (hot) / double the quantity of dal
