Cooking time - 30 mts
Serve - 3 people
Ingredients:
Mutton mix - 500 gm
For paste:
Onion - 2
Garlic cloves - 3-4
Ginger - 1 small piece
Hung curd - 2 tbs
Salt
For Gravy:
Onion - 2 medium sized thinly sliced
Cumin/Jeera - ½ tsp
Black pepper / Kali Mirch - 3 corns
Clove / Laung - 2
Green Cardamom / Elaichi - 2
Cinamom / Dalchini - 1 small stick
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Meat masala - 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Salt
Oil

Hi there good afternoon for better results , add kasoori methi pd in last .garam masala bhi last mai add karein aur flame off kar dein .sabji ko 2 hr ke liye rakh dein ya km se km 5 hrs .isse taste mature hota hai .sabji masale apne ander le leti hai ( it absorb the masala ) .add little sugar 1/ 2 tsp also , with green coriander ch during cooking .
