    Ingredients for Chutney:
    Tamrind / Imli - 50 gm
    Raddish - 250gm
    Onion - 1 small(optional)
    Deseeded Green Chilli - 1
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp / as per taste
    Dry mint - ½ tsp
    Carrom Seeds/Ajwain - 1/4th tsp
    Black Salt / Kala Namak - as per taste
    Ingredients for Batter:
    Rice Flour - 1 cup
    Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Coarsely crushed Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
    Salt as per taste
    Orange Food Colour - 2 pinch
    Water
    Oil for frying
    Lotus stem 250 gm
