Hi. If it is so severe you might need to stop the therapy for a week or two. Please discuss with your treating oncologist before stopping or starting any therapy.

@@drvineetgovindagupta नमस्ते सर मैं ENT doctor से दिखा रहा हू दरअसल मुझे October 2022 se टॉन्सिल बड़ जाने के कारण गले की limfnode में सूजन के साथ-साथ गाँठ हो गई और टॉन्सिल दवा लेने से ठीक हो गया और गाँठ अभी तक ठीक नहीं हो पाई है क्या मैं ENT डॉक्टर से संपर्क में रहु या oncologist doctor से परामर्श लु अब बगल और जांघों के अंदर गिल्टी जैसी महसूस हो रही है भूख भी नहीं लगती कफ भी बनता है और दिन में कफ में दो से तीन बार लाल ब्लड के रेशे जैसे खखार में आता है सुखी खासी हल्की-फुल्की रहती है क्या ये tb के लक्षण है या limfoma के लक्षण है please sir reply 🙏
