- Today’s Mukbang Monday takes us back to the Fugalei Market. Joe is joined by Adele from the #FaaosofiaSisters! We try nearly every food available in the market including faalifu kalo (taro w coconut cream and onions), baked ulu (breadfruit), Samoan bbq plates from Fia’s BBQ, crab sticks from Justice Seafood, palusami (coconut cream, salt, and onions baked in young taro leaves), faiai elegi (canned mackerel mixed w coconut cream and baked in a ripe coconut shell), and finally....faiai fe’e (octopus prepared nearly identically to palusami)!
It’s a big day as this is the first time that Adele has tried octopus!! It is my second time. The first time wasn’t very successful as it wasn’t prepared correctly and i bit into the octopuses beak! Nasty!! Check it out here:

Some people love to look for fault and negativity, it just shows how much hate they have in their own hearts to be so crude. they're just having a nice mukbang and it was fun! it's no wonder some people say samoans are like crabs in a bucket, always pulling down the other crabs trying to get out of the bucket.

I will disagree with you Joe with saying that "there's no Polynesian from Texas to the east of the U.S.", the truth is, Samoans and many Polynesian people are all over throughout the eastern states of the United States. @AMbITIONz907 Sole, I go to this huge oriental store called Hong Kong Market in Houston. They have Taro, canned corn beef from New Zealand, Fa'i and a bunch of other stuff. It's not much but it'll will help with the cravings. The address is 11205 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77072. Hope this helps uso!!!
