Uh, that isn't how that works. At all. Nobody has any reason to sue you for anything; you're not making any money off of it, so you have nothing to worry about at all.
Well I thought because he makes short videos it can't be that much content, but as of now his channel has 63 videos, each about 5 minutes long, adding up to about 5 hours. That's just a quick estimate, not gonna add up each video for an exact answer.
@@Turnthatfrownupsidedown.Well to be fair this guy uploading Sam's videos in long format is essentially profiting off of Sams voice, art and content and I highly doubt he will or he even can give sam royalties so to a certain extent he/she is doing minimal work and profiting off of it unless they're not. In that case and they aren't making money off of it I don't think it's that big of an issue imo

Probably not a big deal to Sam who gets millions of views per video and this one has barely over 10k, but if he wanted to he would be in his right to take it down.
