mushrooms - 300 g (10.6 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
pork tenderloin - 500 g (17.64 oz)
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
Tray size 20 X 30 cm (8 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes

very nice recipe and video, but I would change your cutting technique as it's just a matter of time before you slice a finger...use a claw grip...just saying.
