I don't know what version of Teams you are using but mine does not show me any of the icons or options you have at the top center...
Hi! Is there a way to lock an element for the participants? Also, can we have custom colour option for the post it notes please - I know we can change the colours by the current options are all pretty naff and I'd like to brand the board with the business colour palette.

There is no whiteboard option when using share. I can only share my screen or app windows. LOL!
But only the person who launch the whiteboard can use the whiteboard. None of the participants can. So what's the point if they cannot interact simultaneously in the meeting?!
I agree. I lost my job AGAIN before I couldn't find the whiteboard. I wish getting or keeping a job was easier, but of course not for me.

how is that ?
whiteboard is only imaginary option in all tutorials
30 seconds in before we're actually shown how to use Whiteboard in Teams and then you don't even show how to give others in the meeting permission to edit.
A 1:07min video with less than 20 secs of barely informative content. Useless
