In this step-by-step tutorial, I'll show you how you can use breakout rooms in Microsoft Teams meetings. Breakout rooms allow a meeting organizer to split your attendees into multiple small groups during meetings.
All your questions are answered in this tutorial about the NEW Breakout Rooms in Microsoft Teams Meetings! For example:
    - Can participants in the breakout rooms present and share their screen?
    - Can meetings in breakout rooms be recorded?
Breakout rooms is a great feature to create separate online rooms for brainstorming and collaboration. You can open and close rooms and move participants between rooms. You'll also learn how to create, rename, move and join Breakout Rooms. You'll view the Microsoft Teams Breakout Rooms experience from the view of the organizer, as well as the attendee.

Thanks Leila. Good video on Breakout rooms in Teams - the bane of my life. You said 'it's a good idea to get someone to control the rooms while you present.' Sadly you cannot delegate the create breakout room function to another user in Teams (unlike Zoom). Only the meeting host can control the breakout rooms. Its a huge flaw. It means if someone else organises a training event where I present. They have to organise and control the rooms. It would be even better if you could assign people before hand (like you can in Zoom)

Hi Leila, I'd like to know if I can create the breakout rooms before the meeting starts? My participants are already in a unique Teams Channel now, and I'm the presenter and admin of the training. My aim is to have the participants move between breakout rooms and return without waiting for me to complete the breakout setup. Any feedback from you or anyone else here would be great.
By the way, I truly appreciate all that you've taught us so far and can't stop recommending your videos to everyone i know who needs help. Thank you once again!

Great Video! Is there a way to reuse the same breakout rooms? For example, you have a meeting where you used breakout rooms, you close the main meeting and then the next day you have another meeting with the same users. Will the same breakout rooms be in the meeting or do you need to set them up again?

    1. Can I present a screen share in the main room and when I visit those breakout rooms will my share screen be still up for display in the main room?
    2. and another question, if I share the screen in breakout rooms, will it remove the display in the main rooms?
    3. last, question. If my session is being recorded, that everything happens in ms teams breakout will be recorded too? because I am trying to figure out the confidentiality of the breakout rooms discussion?

so when i copy paste the formula From Sheet 1 Column B - E
    to Column F-I
The range in Formula from Column B Sumifs(Sheet2!AB:AB,Sheet2!$AA:$AA,$A2) will be automatically adjusted into Sumifs(Sheet2!AF:AF,Sheet2!$AA:$AA,$A2) Column F but our requirement is Sumifs(Sheet2!AC:AC,Sheet2!$AA:$AA,$A2)
the Range must move only one Column even though i copy paste it into 2 or more than 2 Columns... this is just an Example because there's a lot of formulas that we created and same problem, we need the Range in formulas will adjusted moved 1 Column when we copy paste it into 2 or more than 2 columns...
