Lidia!!! I just made this! It came out really well. Used mezzi rigatoni bc that’s what I had on hand. Easy and delicious!!!!! A different way to use swordfish that’s so tasty.

So sorry to hear about your Mother. Always loved it when she was on the show. If you are making this with shrimp would you cook it as long as the fish? Prayers for you and your family.
I put shrimp in my red sauce all of the time, it is so easy to over cook, I cook it separately (only takes a few minutes) and put it aside, then I add it back after putting in the pasta just to heat up.
I agree, condolences on Grandma, she always brought a smile on my face when she was on the show.

This looks astounding, and I Love Swordfish. But am not a big fan of onions, was thinking perhaps fennel would be a great alternative for this dish. What do you think Lidia?
Fennel is a great idea- enjoy!
I suppose that you can use monkfish or cod instead of swordfish in this dish. If you are not watching carefully, swordfish can easily overcook.
