Razer Kiyo Pro freezes with darkish mode and stops working until i reconnect multiple times

any solution for this?
tried reinstalling. updating. disconnecting and connecting... no luck.
in this video it happens for a few seconds but when i go online with other people it doesnt fix itself - it stays dark and stuck.
its annoying.
