I do agree with this. Though, it seems like most of them in the US are, and I feel like I feel safer around preppers outside of the US. I am from there, and I am now in the UK for school. I want to get back into it, but I need to start small, and it's hard to prep for a blackout when we are not allowed to have fire in student accommodations.

Great Video. Great humor on a serious subject Loss of power & heating etc is a big one for preppers. Growing your own tins of Spam is a great way to stave off hunger. lol

In Northern Canada , Prepping is 80% of our Seasonal lifestyle, from Wood stoves, Hunting, Trapping, Fishing, etc ....
20% Entertainment. Its what the civilized city folk call riots...we call it Entertainment pastime/ aka Partying .. lol
5:26...we in the great north, don't bug out...we blockade , all the fleeing southern city folk, from coming up north..LOL

Where the hell did you get video clip footage of Grizzly Adams? Lol. I lived in the UK for almost 14 years and preparedness was almost an unknown thing there. In the US we have bugging out, in the UK do you have bugger off. In the US we have bunker in in the UK, you have go to the pub. :-) Preparedness 101. Be prepared not scared. If you want to know how to pack a rucksack talked to the ramblers. If you want to know how to walk for miles talk to the army lads. Survive a lily is a great channel. Foraging by fern is also a great channel. They are both Prepper girls and stone cold boxes.
Great vid for beginners. Maybe do a vid on what you don't need. I have bags of crap I've bought over the years but won't throw out just incase. Maybe show the difference between rubbish and decent kit. Just a thought to save new guys money.

This makes me want to try a channel again. Specifically for students in the UK, and add in things about being an immigrant from the US. I think I should research ways to do it without needing fire since we are not allowed fire in the student accommodation.
Also specifically people with chronic illnesses because I have fibromyalgia and athsma as well as food allergies thar can effect what I am able to prep. I'm allergic to gluten, pork, and bananas so it is a lot more difficult for me since most of the prep food I see are pork (like spam) and lots of gluten products.

They are very hard to find these days.
I've been prepping for many years ,majority of people took it as a bit of a joke in the UK until C-19 hit , now people take it a bit more serious

What about those with limited space living in towns & cities with no outdoor space & maybe apartment blocks and so on?
Utilise the space you have such as under the bed, bottom and top of cupboards/wardrobes. It’s all personal and you only store what you need, afford and what you have space for. If lacking space I would suggest plastic storage boxes each containing certain supplies.
I’m disabled in a city high rise if no power I’d struggle leave building. But I can have a months worth food & water to keep me going. After that either I’ve had it or await rescue. A month is better than nothing I can’t go on the run & in an emergency wheelchair users will have no chance. Figured a small chance is better than nothing.

Hi can you please can you help. American prep people always go on about oxygen absorbers to keep rice and pasta and so forth. But there isn’t anyone I can get info on to prep rice pasta and noodles in the correct way.to stop these items going off There are not hardly any uk prep people or channels that can I can contact. I cannot get oxygen absorbers so I had to look how to make my own up what I need to know is. Whether. unused teabags with wire wool and salt rubbed in works. Have you done this yet. And is there any other ideas you can give to your subscribers as this will be a must if it has not already been spoken of please can you answer much appreciation

Perhaps you could do one of those online survey questionaires... is it called quotemonkey or something that you can put a range of suggested dates and people can reply when they are available... this would help maximise the attendance...

That's an unfair comment. Who are "most people"? Do you mean someone like me, a single female who has no survival skills, (never needed them) but have plenty of other gifts, talents and abilities? Does this make me a so called snowflake? People like me, who now find themselves in a possible shtf situation ( mostly thanks to our kind, benevolent governments) need guidance and support, not name calling and finger pointing.
EDIT: Just noticed that your comment was "hearted" by the channel. How kind of him. I just subbed too, but I'm sticking with funky prepper (Darren) who is actually considerate towards people just starting out or who struggle with this stuff because their true abilities lie elsewhere.
