Karting 2023-10-10 Revolution 4 Sessions

Fastest time of the day, 34.397 during Session 1 in Kart 16.
The last day of good weather this year, I wanted to get some outdoor time in so off to Revolution I went.
The first session was against the staff. I was first all race, but didn't have the fastest time of the session. The guy who did get the fastest time, he said that's his personal best.
The second session was in Kart 29. This had lots of play in the steering, lacked grip, terrible brakes, and just felt loose and terrible. It's probably the worst kart I have used there. This time I was against customers, two of whom were pretty fast, especially the little hassidic kid.
The third session was in Kart 16. Again, it was fun racing the hassidic kid.
The fourth session was in Kart 9. The tyres took absolutely ages to warm up so it was slippery. Towards the end the tyres did warm up, and I experimented with a very late turn-in and late apex. This gave me a better line through this pair of corners. I shall try this again in the future.
I got a black and white flag at one point!
