Yeah I thought that too. That being said, I'd still be happy to receive new watches, be able to do the giveaway I promised and get my refund for the straps but as of this morning, nothing has cleared in my bank and no watches in the mail yet, so they must have sent everything out after the vid went up I'm guessing. If I do get all that though, I will do an update vid so at least the record is set straight and everyone can make up their own minds as to whether or not to do business with them.
I mainly just want my watch back though. lol

Me too bud. I gave them so many chances but they decided to ignore my emails and calls. Oh well, at least I have proof they went back on their word. 5mk will move forward without them. 🤷♂️

Right? I've never made a vid like this before. Sure, I wrote Olight off for annoying flash sales, faulty lights and a cult-like following, but this company has personally lied to me and you're right, I am pissed. That being said, it should be a good vid for the channel long-term. 🤘

First and foremost, it's always better to be pissed off than pissed on. Unless that's their thing lol.
I've only replaced one g-shock band but I ordered from a g-shock dealer on Amazon or ebay. They were just the resin ones though and stock fit, just to change the color also.
I've mentioned these two before on your videos but Tops knives and lansky I will never do business with again. Both the quality and customer service were terrible. So I feel for ya brother, they should've kept their word. That's all anyone has anyway and if their word is no good then f them.
Now, I second what you said about Josh's channel, people definitely need to check his videos out. He's a cool cat and seems to know his stuff.
As a guy trying to get into business myself, I have had a couple guys not satisfied with the product, so I offered a replacement and/or refund. Their choice. I've never had an issue with your sheaths either, top quality and yes, you were on top of it all. Except when you placed my sheath on ebay.. 😂😂 Lol. But you owned up to it and sent it off and it was really no big deal.

I’d go scorched earth but that’s just me lol . I’ll stick with NATO straps never had a problem . Hill people gear and their products are top tier .
