Mike Deodato is a highly respected, well paid artist in the comics industry who is highly sought after and commands pretty serious pay for his work. He's been made a millionaire by Marvel. His time is valuable, and he's not doing anything for free at this point in his career. I would ASSUME that Mike has already been paid. So either Mike already got paid well, and Rousey wants the fans to pay her bill, or he's getting scammed rn along with the fans who donate to the Kickstarter.💯

No comic published nowadays will be worth the same in 50-60 years that a comic published 50-60 years ago is worth today. They're just too common and too well preserved nowadays to have any scarcity value. If Ronda sells you that book for $5 an issue, you'll be lucky to re-sell it for $20 in 2080, and most of that is just going to be inflation.
As much as I love comic books (as I have several thousand of them), there's no way in Hell I'd buy any comic with Ronda on it or in it.

One of my pet peeves in fiction are pregnant women in action scenes. Not bc I’m a misogynistic a-hole, but bc I know it makes no sense: a pregnant woman has a giant bullseye weak point that any competent villain will no doubt hit, and then *poof* either premature birth, or instant abortion. And the possibility of that happening always makes me literally cringe.

Crowdfunding for independent comics its the norm this days, it essentially a pre-order model, there are comicbook campaings that have gone over millions plus on issue number 1, because main stream comic are extremely woke and preachy and people wanna support regular stories. so its a huge market. You pledge what you want in order to get the book, you put in more you get something extra like a shirt and so on. if enough people do it the thing gets made if not you get your money back.
Imagine traveling back in time to 2016 and telling your old self that one day you're going to be more over than Ronda Rousey.

Your editor really needs to get some new reactions for your thumbnails I think, you know, for the CZcams algorithm. You have the "hmm", and the "HMM", and the "ooo" and the "uhh" and the "ugh", but those 5 don't really encapsulate the full range of emotions one could have as a reaction to watching content. You have an editor that is just following cookie-cutter CZcams advice and it really is hindering the channel's growth. Maybe try using actual reactions from the actual video. Who knows, hasn't been tried yet.
