I think refusing to answer a relevant question during such a hearing should immediately disqualify you from the position.

K J you only mean that if the person who is in executive authority to appoint these people is someone you don't like. If its the OTHER SIDE that does this, then you will defend those candidates refusing to answer relevant questions. Either that, or you will say the question isn't relevant.
Bottom line here is that there shouldn't even be a Consumer Financial Protection Buerau. They shouldn't exist. They only exist because the legislators who created it are not smart enough or responsible enough to create actual laws/legislation to properly regulate finance. So they want some "agency" to do their work for them, that way, they escape accountability come election time in November.

She has had plenty of hearings...An she has the same problem Trump HAS. Nobody wants to be HONEST, nobody wants to enroll their part in what they did, the people an families they've harmed!
