Her death was so underwhelming considering she’s one of the best things about the movie. She should have survived but if she was gonna die it should have been epic

Fun fact, when Sidney stabs Roman in the back, his scream was real. Neve accidentally missed the padding on Scott's back and stabbed him for real, so his scream was real. Wes Craven decided to use that take for the movie.

I think something similar happened to Skeet Ukrich (Billy Loomis) when Neve stabbed him with the umbrella in the first film. She really stabbed him, if I'm not mistaken. Neve Campbell out here missing her marks all in the name of Final Girl Bassery 😭😭😭...

He was so used to bumps and bruises from his wrestling gig that he took it like a champ and kept going. Wrestlers are built differently man.

Scream 3 is so good eventhough it gets lots of hate. People also diss the voice changer. Supposedly too advanced for the time. If Kevin McCallister had a voice changer(Talkboy) in 1992s Home Alone 2 and was able to get into the Plaza Hotel with it, then it can definitely be done in 2000. 😂

huge difference in voice changers. Kevins just slowed the recording down. this voice changer could change into any voice live. hardly even possible in 2023 let alone 1999/2000

Scream 3 is so underrated tbh, i love the Roman twist and hes in my top 3 best ghostfaces. So excited to see ur scream 4 reaction, is the best scream movie imo

Interesting fact about Scream 3. It was supposed to have 2 killers, but some info on killers got leaked, so they had to change the script which is why they went with just 1 killer this time.
Thats not what happened. Scream 2 was leaked. Scream 3 wasnt leaked. It was changed due to columbine massacre
@atimetraveler4910 They changed the plot, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have written for 2 killers in the new plot. Word is Angelina was the other killer. 2 killers makes sense when Sidney is getting attacked on the set.
I still love this movie and will defend this movie with my life that it’s a good movie. There is no bad scream movie and the assembly cut was so good it made the movie even better.

After watching this movie 50 plus times in my life I just now realized Roman and Jennifer were the only ones in the room when they talked about Milton and her mom. Should have been a dead give away with the "fake Sydney call" since it was mentioned as the reason to go to the party to lure Dewey and Gale.
I really enjoy this movie. It's not up to 1 or even 2, but a very solid close to a trilogy. People criticize the comedy and the absurdity of the killer's identity but a) the comedy is genuinely funny and never gets in the way of the intensity, and b) I think the film is aware that it's plot is crazier than the others. Randy even said it, the third film is always the one where everything goes nuts. Enjoy 4, 5, and 6!

Besides some epic scenes in the sequel, it has plenty of absurdity in it as I think they tried too hard as it's a least they look like they had fun in this one.
Carrie Fisher wrote her own lines for her cameo in this movie. What a legend she was! 😅

Probably one of the best cameos in any film. She also had a good cameo in Austin Powers.
They just released a whole bunch of deleted scenes that I wish they would've kept in the movie. It would've made it longer but it looks like it would've made the film a lot more dark and explain a lot of things like how the voice changer worked.

So, this movie was gonna be about Stu being alive and orchestrated his revenge through from high school kids from prison. But the Columbine shooting happened and they had to scrap the idea, hence the scene with the producer and director talking about if they stop making horror movies would the psychos even stop. Also why it has a more campy tone and the kills were toned down to stabs to the back.
With this movie, Angelina was gonna be the second killer but last minute change towards the end of filming and it ended up just being Roman.

I love watching your reactions to my fav franchise of all time. There are NO bad films with Scream and 3 is one of my favs and very underrated. It's a great cocnlusion for the first trilogy and I love the vibe this movie has, very VHS nostalgia for me, watching this as a kid. Please, continue with the franchise, you guys won't regret it. 4 is incredible, 5 is awesome and 6 is darn good!

In 2023 we have the technology to mimic other peoples voices perfectly but in 2000 ya thats unbelievable magic, also the script for scream three was rewritten so many times since it kept getting leaked online ever more than scream 2 was, one major change was the character Angeline was supposed to be the second killer, with all the rewrites they even wrote a scene about rewrites in movie.
also while being a horror/slasher move in its own right, you have to remember that scream started off as a meta film with the characters being aware of whats happening and aware of what happens in slasher/horror movies. moving the film to hollywood flipped it a bit, putting the movie (e the audience that watches) into a movie (stab which is based on sidney's life) omg its amazing

I love Scream 3 I get why its the least favorite of the others, they unfortunately had to rewrite the script a few times because of the Columbine shooting and they seemed to just not take it seriously anymore and had fun with it. Plus the half brother twist was great and him being the one who framed Billy and Stu, great ending.

and the fact that Kevin didn't write the script for Scream 3 because he was off writing for Dawsons Creek
Honestly the sequel had some epic scenes but it was rushed as I like the third one better.

This is my 2nd favorite Scream movie with my favorite Ghostface Roman Bridger Director and Brother.
Alot of the crew that worked on the scream sets have cameos in tbe films. And wes craven was in the first one. He was the janitor fred who was in a freddy costume.

Tbh Scream 3 is one of my fav movies from the franchise so far and I absolutely loved Roman as a Ghostface he was also a pretty good solo Ghostface too he’s one of my favs and also felt kinda bad for him when he explained his life at the end overall good reaction vid too!🙌🏻
Ok.. Here is my best way to put it. . I do like this movie because.. after 2 straight crazy movies... it was nice to get a bit of extra comedy to relax you a bit.. for the extra crazy sequels to come.. that's all I am going to say!! lol

whats really interesting is that in the 1st and second movie, gale gets hit in the face. in the 3rd one she technically gets hits again due to jennifer starring as gale in the stab movies.

I've thought about it, and it was around the same time scream was popular, but if you guys still want a good alien movie that's not the typical popular ones like independence day or aliens, the faculty is one I think you guys would really enjoy and it's great for Halloween season with its elements of scary, and it hasn't been reacted to much yet so it would be a good time to do it.

Okay, if nobody told you this yet. The reason that one girl seem so suspicious is because for one there was always a partner. This is the first time there wasn't but also in the original script. She was the partner, the girl who plays Sydney in stab three. They just didn't take out the foreshadowing after deciding to change the endings so she wasn't one of the killers and Roman did it all

So originally Stu was supposed to come back, and lead Ghostface cult. So there was gonna be multiple Ghostface killers in this movie. It was supposed to be more graphic. But due to Columbine, the studios made them tone it back and the script leaked online so they changed it. That’s why this one’s more of a comedy than the others.
Jay and Silent Bob had a cameo in Scream 3 and in the movie "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" Wes Craven has a cameo as himself

Parker posey is literally the best I would have loved an alternate timeline series called Gale and Gale where they solve murders together.
One of the weirdest things about the scream franchise to me is that there’s a character called Cotton and we all just accept it as if that’s actually anyone’s name.

Basically Angelina Tyler (Sid's actor) was supposed to be the 2nd killer (their was some really weird stuff between her and Roman, and she was actually Sid's classmate whose real name was Angie Crick I think). Kinda wish they kept it because a lot doesn't make sense at all with ghostface 'teleporting' everywhere, like that is too impossible. But they didn't because of the reason Roman liked Angelina which was vomit inducing. They changed it towards the end of the production.
In the original script for scream 3 there was 2 killers and it was the actress playing sidney in stab 3 but they cut that idea out
There isn't one Scream movie that I hate watching, and that's saying a lot for a movie that just aired it's 6th film

So the first 4 Scream films were produced by the Weinsteins and John Milton was basically Harvey Weinstein. I felt the writer was trying to tell us something at the time because this film foreshadowed the #MeToo movement

In this movie, a lot of the scenes are actually in reverse and heavily edited. The opening is actually Gale first, then Sidneys scene comes up. During Sidney’s mom ghost scene, that scene takes place first then her dad and her have a convo. Sarah darling puts more of a fight and when Dewey is on the phone speaking to gale who’s in the basement, to confirm it’s her he starts to ask her questions about what dress she wore etc… he then opens the door and shoots GF and then gets the knife thrown his way.

I've always had a soft spot for this one!!! Loves the characters!!..... but yes it had it's problems!!
1. It came to theatres in 2000 a year after "The Colombine Massacre"in 99... I was in the 8th grade and I remember ALL of it including the media aftermath... MOM/ Parent groups AND The Media were going crazy about guns and gun rights and "VIOLENCE" in the MEDIA ( Horror Movies, Action Movies, Video Games, Heavy Metal & Hard Rock + Rap music) ... So WES CRAVEN had to go back to the editing room and "Tame" down the movie and add more comedy w/out taking away too much of what makes "Scream" "Scream"!!
2. BOTH Neve Campbell (Party of Five) & Courtney Cox (Friends) were on break fr. their shows and only had a certain amount of time off.

The actress playing fake Sidney was supposed to be the second killer, but I think they decided to rewrite the script, which is why they made fun of the rewrites with Sarah.

They made this one more comedic and light due to the aftermath of columbine. They had a whole other movie written where it was going to be a cult I believe. I love scream 3. There no bad scream movie.

'Who is Sharon Stone?' - Ok, you need to watch Basic Instinct ASAP. Amazing 90's thriller also starring Michael Douglas. She's also in the classic Total Recall with Schwarzenegger. A sci-fi action. 👍

OK let me just say this channel has become my new to go channel to watch after taking care of the kids working out or watching this while working out watching as well while cooking and even my husband loves your channel I was wondering if you guys could react to vampire diaries I think you guys would get a kick out of that series and maybe twilight and 50 shades of gray and 365 days would be great to see you guys react to but one scary movie I would want you guys to react to is Megan is missing though that movie is traumatic
Scream is probably one of the most consistent franchises and although there are no bad Scream movies this one is still the weakest one to me. Can’t wait for you guys to watch Scream 4 tho it’s one of my favorites!
5 and 6 are the weakest ones.
I like how Roman says brother in the Ghostface voice it shows that inside Roman is heart broken 18-19 year old boy who wanted the love and affection of his mother. We don't know much about maybe his adoptive parents the Bridger's were abusive and maybe that's the reason he turned out the way he did.
It’s more then that it is highly possible that Roman is actually Milton’s son from the rape.

Scream 3 went thru major rewrites and stu was supposed to return but for some reason a real life incident prevented whatthe real scream 3was supposed to be and thats the reason for the changes to what we got in scream 3
when I heard that honestly I felt like this movie did a pretty good job improvising, I also read that they had issues with the actresses being on a time frame! So in that regard, this film did a great job rollin with the punches and still coming out with something good!
I liked the plot how they showed the dark side of Hwood and this came out in 2000.

@@ChadSimpson-ft7yz yea not sure why but the story had the girl who played sidney in the script not the real one but in the movie stab she was also supposed to be a second killer not just romannotice how when she died at the bottom of the stairs in the final act we didnt see her getkilled exactly , and stu macher from scream 1 was suppose to be back as well and it not supposed to take place on a hollywood set but back in woodsborough i know little about the real reason maybe something to do with theog story they wanted to take place in the school from scream 1 then columbine happend and they scraped said script for the hollywood set and story

This film was supposed to be a lot more graphic and brutal but with the columbine incident in '99 they had to change the whole script and didn't have long to do it.
It's just as graphic as the 2nd one as only the plot was changed.

I have really enjoyed most of the Scream movies but Scream 3 is really the only one I don't like and it's unfortunate because it definitely had the potential to be pretty good but due to a tragic event that happened around the time before the movie came out they had to tone it down and I truly do feel like it hurt its potential but Sidney Prescott is definitely worth watching Scream 3 for without a doubt
Still till this day idk y ppl think it’s the worse I honestly believe it’s one of the best and idk maybe I’m bias because as a kid this was the first scream movie that I watched than I went to scream 1&2 but man honestly this one was so much fun glad yall loved it
Sidney should have been like “put that knife down and maybe we can handle this a different way “ that what I would have done
In scream 3 technically theres only 1 killer as seen on screen here but the girl 2ho plays sidney inthe movie not the real one the new actress thatthe real sidney caught in the bathroom was originally supposed to be the 2nd killer
